Man I started this review years ago and never finished it. Just noticed. Anyway, to this day she still threaded my eyebrows better than any other kind of eyebrow plucking/threading/waxing I've ever gotten done. She picked the perfect shape. Very skillful. I wish I could remember the person's name and she probably doesn't remember now because this was literally in like 2019! I still remember how much I loved my eyebrows! LOL!

Parking was great. However, there was very little attention to detail with my wax. She left several hairs that she said were "too short." Other waxers I've gone too have gone in and plucked when there are a few stragglers. Also bedside manner is very cold.

Make sure you don't bring an expired Groupon. She spent several minutes hounding me for the expiration date, and looking different places in my app, only to find I was in the clear.

I love a good deal, who doesn't? I had started going to this place after finding it on Groupon 1 Brazilian wax $17! Amazing deal. I had a good experience the first time by the owner/manager ( not sure) added on $5 for navel and did not touching up w tweezers which is fine I guess. However, did I mention they were most unfriendly people? No smile, no small talk, nothing.

Raised the price of the wax twice after using Groupon, from 17 to 28 to $30 these are still great deals which is why I continued to go there. However her crappy attitude was never pleasant.

After getting my last wax by someone who was training, I broke out like crazy on my lip and eyebrows. Also my wax grew back in 5 days as if I had shaved. I went back to complain, to have my original wax lady reimburse or cover me for another session. She said NO. She saw my face was inflamed and with pimples on the area that had been waxed, she said this was normal! SHE Also said that after a wax hair will show up that fast! No it doesn't ! I've been getting waxes for 10 yrs!

After all this time a habitual customer, the poor customer service ended turning me away.

I would not recommend this spot at all!!!

I would avoid going here if you are coming in wanting to maintain thick eyebrows. I have tried this woman 5 times now, and I think it's time for me to move on and find someone else. Today was probably the most heartbreaking because I finally grew my eyebrows back to the thickness I love, and she reshaped, arched, and thinned them out completely. They are incredibly boxy and not symmetrical. They do not complement my face. They just look terrible.

She does not listen to you when you mention that you just want a little taken off. She does her own thing. I almost stopped mid way because I felt her taking entirely too much off, but it was just too late. This place is also always empty so that should have been a warning within itself.

This place is horrible. In town from Nyc. Had to get an eyebrow clean up. The woman turned the session into arts and crafts moment on reshaping my eyebrows.

I went down the street right after for a hair blow out and looked in better lighting and lost it. The hair stylist even noticed! She made my right eyebrow super thin and boxy and made my left brow round and thick.


So after my blowout, I went back. She told me to just pencil in I'm a model and actress. When I show up to castings I do not wear makeup... Fresh face look. I can not go in with penciled in eyebrows. Thanks but no thanks. Don't waste your energy or eyebrows here!


The only reason I give this 1 star is because she actually gave my money back. Because I went in and showed her pictures of what my brows looked like before. The MOST irritating thing about this is, I just went through 6 months of "eyebrow rehab" which is now completely reversed!

Lady not even there to do service. Some lady said she comes in the morning. Lmaoooo ok then change your hours? Tf.

When I first arrived, I mentioned that I had the $17 Brazilian wax Groupon. I think that was where I made the mistake. She took me to a separate private and enclosed room for my Brazilian. She used hot soft wax for the procedure (which is already a no-no for sensitive areas such as the bikini area). She carelessly applied the wax and yanked the strips straight up. She did not hold my skin taut nor did she pull directly the opposite direction of the hair growth. She just pulled straight up towards the air.

As a result, I had many broken hairs and now currently have pimples all over my private area. What in the h***?! I I knew she did a bad job so I made sure to check myself in the restroom before leaving the salon. She left a decent strip of hair randomly at the end of my butt crack! I asked her to remove the hairs and she did so willingly, at least. (Please note, my bikini area gets waxed all the time. She and I discussed that I also wanted my butt crack waxed. She did wax my butt crack but missed a big patch).

While I was searching for my underwear, a customer walks into the front area of the salon. While my bottom half was still naked, she swung the door to the private room wide open, revealing my genitals to the front of the salon. She also insisted that I tipped her before swiping my debit card.

I'm not sure if I just caught her on a bad day or what it was. Maybe it was because she knew I would only be paying $17 for the Brazilian wax procedure (before the tip). I just cannot relate to these good reviews on her service. Her service was unprofessional, she was unprofessional, the results were unprofessional. I would never go for a waxing here again. Even if Brazilian waxes were on sale for $5.

Love coming here to get my brows done.

First time threading and the owner was in - she was so fast and respected my thick brows with a subtle shaping and clean lines.

It's always a risk going somewhere new, but I'm glad I did!
