Jet's Pizza

Io be honest with you Jett's is the best close by , especially if you want delivery & have teeth to eat the square pizza's, their other sides like chicken aren't so great, but as far as taste & cooked properly for pizza's , they are much better than the other pizza places! I was ordering from meals on wheels & their food tastes & looks like barf that the dogs thru up, sadly everyone's food quality if going down hill, at least Jet's uses quality ingredients. Make your own choices ppl, we all have different tastes

After a very long day at work, I decided to order a pizza from this location to take home, as the one near my home is temporarily closed because of the pandemic.

I placed my order via text, which was a little difficult to do because I had to keep looking back to see what I wanted, and the app makes you state everything in one sentence.

I went to the location and called to let them know I was there, just as the instructions and sign on the building said to do. They said they'd send it right out. I was a couple minutes early, so I wasn't surprised to have to wait a little. But after 20 minutes, numerous drivers had come and gone. Someone from the store came out, but it wasn't with my pizza, so I asked him about it. When he FINALLY brought it out, he asked if I'd let them know. I said not only that, I told them the space I was in.

I ordered a Jet's 10 minus ham and olives. The app got it right. The receipt got it right. But when I finally got home and opened it, there were olives all over the pizza. I then had to spend another 10 minutes picking them all off. And, after all that, the pizza just wasn't as good as I've had from other locations.

I ordered carryout of a thin crust pizza, bbq chicken wings and a small greek salad. They were ready when I arrived. The service was excellent and the facility was very clean. I will return.

Inferior customer service. Like very bad. Let's call it it what it is. A lessor version of Uncle Andy's.

For a classic, Detroit square pizza Jet's is worth giving a try. I really like their $5 lunch special (2 slices, drink) and their Antipasto salads are also pretty good.

As they say in the music business - "Stick with the classics". I would not recommend their other menu items such as chicken wings or sandwiches.

Very busy store, so expect to wait on a Friday or Saturday night. Much easier to just pick it up in the store.

DON'T ORDER FROM JET'S PIZZA BERKLEY - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Jet's Pizza in Berkley doesn't seem to understand what an inconvenience they caused. I ordered two pizza and only one was delivered. The driver said he'd bring the other one out. We waited over 45 minutes with no replacement. I called to ask for my pizza and a refund. They refused the refund. The manager I spoke with said the replacement was on it's way and said I could have "A couple bucks off" my next order if I mention it when I call. Please order from a different Jets! Also Capri Pizza on Greenfield is under new ownership - please give them a try too.
I love your pizza Jet's - but customer service is a real thing. You messed up - own it!

Laziest workers. Bad attitudes and never want to work. Closes early and doesn't answer their phones. We always have to order from other places that are further away because of this

I ordered from this location a few nights ago and was very pleased with the experience! My driver was incredibly courteous and made sure to mention he double checked for my extra sauces. The driver arrived about 15 minutes earlier than the estimated arrival time which was perfect because I was starving!

They are always featuring specials so make sure to check out the "hot deals" page before placing your order. You'll be surprised at how much you can save!

They need to teach their people some customer service skills. This one was rude, dismissive and reacted like it was my fault that they got my order wrong. Can I give less than 1 star?

I went to Jet Pizza today cause this was the only thing open and i was starving ordered the bbq chicken pizza with parmesan all over the bottom of the pizza was brunt
