Jersey Mike's Subs

Got two sandwiches number seven and salami with provolone not happy at all spent $18 here and this has to be the thinnest sandwiches I've ever had. If I knew I was gonna spend 18$ and get paper thin I would've gotten it from Wawa. Lettuce was turning brown song with the tomato. Not very happy.

Worst Jersey Mikes store around. We got two turkey subs in a tub yesterday, a little after 9am. when they opened.
We're on a road trip. Just opened bag to eat them and it's disgusting. No lettuce. But the little there is brown. Very light on meat etc.
I'll stick to Colonial for my subs. They're 5 star.

I ordered early on a Saturday morning for afternoon pickup. I screwed up and never placed a time. I look at app and says will be ready at 10:40. Didn't want soggy subs. I tried calling but phone was off the hook.

I drover over and they had a small line. But there had to be 25 orders coming in from on line. People coming in were told 20 min wait. Hence why phone was off hook.

The main reason for this review was Kevin. He seemed to be running the small crew. Only 2 others with him. That is way under staffed for the amount of orders coming in. Kevin stayed calm ran the counter perfectly. One girl was with him she was running register and helping where she could. I assume she was new. The other person was doing hot sandwiches in back. Managemt owes Kevin more then a Thanks. Retention Bonus would be a great start. Kevin remained calm and professional. Thank You Kevin.

I was having HVAC work done at the house and offered to buy lunch for the HVAC guy. He suggested a Italian sub. I'm not a sub guy as I prefer to make my own. So much better and a hell of a lot cheaper. But, I went along and ordered a whole one from JM. 18 bucks.
The online ordering was easy and during checkout I could click on how much tip I want to leave for my sub maker. Really? A tip for counter service' when sub shops have the highest markups in the business. Much higher then the standard 300%. An unnecessary tip now takes me to $21, for a sub.
I arrived early in time to watch my sub being made. The meat had a poor quality look to it as it was being sliced. Interesting to see how they are trained to fold the meats on to the bread to make the sub look bigger. Anyway, Boars Head it wasn't. I just knew it was going to taste horrible. But I was wrong. It was tastless! Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni and I couldn't taste any of it. All I could taste was lettuce and red wine vinagar. I've had hot subs here in the past and they've been OK, but I still prefer to get a 1/2 pound of Italian roast beast at the shop right deli, fry it up with some onions and white American and put it on an Anzio soft roll. Avoid the cold subs here. .

Heed the reviews...this IS the worst location of this chain. Should have known something was up when the guy in front of me walked out. They were making about 10 subs and when I asked how long I was told "don't worry whats going on over here" should have walked out too ,but I didn't. They then went about being condescending to me and calling me ma'am every two seconds. Once they saw they pissed me off they started being nicer. The sub was reversed from what I ordered making it to much of the ham. Not enough vinegar either. Had a chemical taste too. Wasted 17$...of and they charged me 2$ more than the other mikes in the area. Avoid!!!!

it does not have a cute location like all the other ones but it is clean and they have an outside seating area

Can't understand negative reviews, place was hopping when I got there today at 11:30am. Bread was fresh & subs were made as specified... I love Jersey Mike's & think all locations are pretty consistent from Jersey to Myrtle Beach to Florida... u know up front what is in store

Showed up at 8:45 pm and wanted to order a hot sandwich...... told we shut grill ? I thought they were open until 9pm ....... ?
Not an establishment I would visit again..... u want to support local eateries but...... dude with red hair was cool but his buddy with the Blue shirt was not and seemed to be the guy in charge who made the decision not to honor my order ....... don't state ur open till 9 and then not honor your policies......
Went to MonAllysa who only too happy to serve me for a hot sandwich take out ......I'm sure Corporate Jersey Mike's wouldn't approve turning a Customer away. Or would they ?

So disappointed. Paid almost $40 for 2 subs and 2 bags of chips and the bread was stale! Tell the customer you didn't get fresh bread in and say only hot subs so it can be toasted. Never had an issue before, but too expensive not to be mad!! Will never go back to that location. Not cool!

Worse JM been to anywhere in the country. Bread was stale. Tuna didnt seem fresh. Online ordering worked fine.
