I love this location. I was recently helped by Mr Josiah Boyd, he was the best, he paid for my chips, drink and dessert for my 44th birthday. He was so kind. I need him to get promoted and a raise. He is sweet, smart and a kindhearted individual. Please promote this wonderful worker. Thank you Josiah.

I've been a Jersey Mikes fan for years, and go to the MDR shop often. However, I respectfully suggest that management needs to give their employees a lesson in customer service.
I walked into the shop yesterday, October 18th, at about 11:30 AM. There was nobody in front of me in line, but there were three or four employees behind the counter, working on tasks. They knew I was there, and were just a few feet away. I walked up to the counter and said, in a cheery, friendly voice, "Hi there!". No one looked up, no one made eye contact, no one greeted me or even acknowledged I existed.
I stood there for maybe 10-15 seconds, painfully, and then I said, "Hi!" again. No response for any employee. None. I stood there for twenty to thirty more seconds...nothing. So I turned around and walked out. No employee said a thing.
This is really terrible service. Stunning frankly. I've never been treated like that ever before at a take out restaurant. I have to think long and hard if I will ever go back.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

June 2, 2023 Jersey Mike's is pure yum! It's all about the Red Cherry Pepper Relish, it's so delicious! It adds that something special to each veggie sandwich I order here! Today's Veggie Sub was pure bliss with each bite, colorful veggies in between the wheat bun! ! I also love that it's a short drive from Venice Beach! I got my order to go! Customer service was super friendly & quite attentive! Plus, I love the beach scenery of framed photos on the wall! I've been coming here for years! Free parking is also located in the back of the store, as well as the entrance!

I Wish The workers would change there Gloves after each Order. I paid 30 bucks From Uber Eats and hate the fact my sandwich smelled like onions and had left over Lettuce from the previous order.PLEASE I know you guys work hard but m be mindful and change your Gloves. We're paying for FRESH Sandwiches.

Ordered a tub. No one in store but me. Traveling. They don't have forks. I then ask to make me a warp instead. Lady tells me it isn't their fault that they don't have utensils to eat what I ordered and that I'll need to pay for the wrap. They have no way of making a sandwich without putting it in the computer. PLEASE. I ask to speak to manager who is on vacation. Thankfully, the tallest employee stepped up and said he'd fix this. After he makes my wrap, the nasty lady comes back and won't hand me the wrap. Meanwhile, I just witnessed her feed a small dog two pieces of bacon for free. I didn't see the dog pay for those pieces of bacon.
I don't know what happened to this lady but man was she bitter. Certainly shouldn't be treating a paying customer like this. They didn't have a fork to eat my food. She did suggest that I go to another food store and steal one of theirs. Classy!

What i ordered:
Portobello mushroom and swiss sandwich, ranch dorritos and a cherry soda.
Pros:
The staff was nice and really friendly, I felt very welcome here. The restaurant was very clean, even the bathrooms! And that's saying something for a restaurant in the Los Angeles area! The service was quick even though I came during the busy lunch hour.
Cons:
This was the most bland sandwich I've ever had. This is what I imagine prison food to taste like. No flavor, uninteresting, it's only job is to provide calories so you don't starve to death. At first I thought "Well, maybe I have covid or something and my taste buds aren't working." So I tried the chips and they were delicious and ranchy. Then I tried the soda and it was delicious and definitely cherry flavored. I don't know what to say guys, my taste buds are functioning just fine and I saw the guy put salt and pepper on it... The sandwich was just not good. Maybe offer some sauces? Or hire a chef to teach everyone about spices? Maybe it's just this particular sandwich?

Today I was in this Jersey Mike at 4020 a Marina Del Rey and what I want to tell you, is that the guys generally stand there and don't work, like walking sleep... they ask you order, but they don't listen to your orders at all, they confuse the orders, they take the order and then say that they don't have it, while I'm already waiting for my order. This is why I really spent half an hour of time to resolve all the issues with them! I tell them what needs to be done, they confuse all the orders, do it wrong at the end, they don't even know which sandwich is mine, which is not mine, they give 3 sandwiches, I order two, they are not signed. I need to open it and see which one is mine. this is terrible, what kind of workers??? They really bad. Plus they not in rush... the line doesn't bother them at all while they cleaning table for 10 minutes in front of customers..

Been here two times already, the first time the employee got confused on the order so I had to repeat multiple times. Today I went for the day of giving event and it was 10:20 (sign said they open at 10) well the doors were locked. I tried about 4 times and saw a guy behind the counter but didn't even acknowledge me. I then knocked on the door and a lady came but didn't even apologize for having locked doors when they're supposed to be open. Every time I come here it just seems the employees don't really care.

The best turkey and provolone sub I've ever gotten from jersey mikes. They really made it extra special with a lot of dressing. The staff is all very friendly and happy even with a long line. I will definitely be back!
