There are a lot of options in this shopping center, and this wasn't at the top of my list for several reasons. However, my girlfriend is the boss and this is what she wanted to eat for lunch.
I was pleasantly surprised at how polite and efficient the staff were. The line was long, but the team behind the counter kept it moving at a steady pace without sacrificing quality or the customer experience. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes.
The seating area was clean. The drink station was clean. Most importantly, the bathrooms were clean.
I recommend and would visit again if I was in the area!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jared L.Downtown, Nashville-Davidson metropolitan government (balance), TN0136Sep 25, 2023

Stopped here in the Pinnacle with my 400 students. About 75 came in here and they handled us amazingly well!! They got hot, tasty food out quickly.
I ordered the chicken bacon Philly on wheat which was awesome. Great flavor and I loved the soft wheat bread it came on.
My only complaint was the bathroom was pretty messy and had no toilet paper. This is the second time we've stopped at this location and will be doing it again on the way back!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Lauren thanks so much for the review. We are grateful for you and some of your students choosing us during your trip. We apologize for the bathroom condition. This is something we have as a focus going forward. Thanks for bringing to our attentions. Look forward to seeing and serving you all again. Safe travels!

The size of the subs puts subway to shame. They are good and the staff is friendly I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for bigger subs than subway

Walked in while employee was stocking chips. No greeting, or any indication that he knew or cared that we were there. Stood less than a foot away from him at the ordering area and he didnt even look up. Gave it a couple minutes of being ignored before walking out, which again, was ignored. Atrocious service

I went in during the slow part of the afternoon. Around 2:00pm. Both employees where cleaning and I told them to take their time as I had to look over the menu anyway. Both just stared at me as if I was a bother to them. The vibe I got was "just hurry up". I ordered my sandwich to go, paid, and sat down to wait for my order. The employee brought it to the table in a huffy manner and set it down and walked away. It was wrapped in tin foil, sure, but nothing else. No bag, no utensil, no napkin, no acknowledgement of my existence. Just a sandwich in tinfoil. My sub was half hot, half cold. As if it was just placed in the microwave for half the amount of time called for. Awesome? No. For $8, I think I'll go across the street to the more friendly, better serviced food establishment. Maybe I just had a bad experience. I won't go back to find out if it's any better.

I have been receiving Jersey Mike's coupons in my email for over a year. I have attempted to use them so many times I have lost count. Not once have I been able to use one of their coupons on an actual sub after I build the sub for the coupon. If you're relying on the coupons, don't go to Jersey Mikes. They don't even attempt to make it right when you're sitting there. It's a shame because they have decent Subs.
