Every time I go here, I LOVE it!
This place has retro cereal boxes on the wall and old Saturday morning cartoons playing on an tube TV. The wait staff work hard and fast to get you your drinks (adult beverages and a to-die-for white mocha latte) along with your donuts and food. There's a covered patio, but I haven't sat there yet.

How do I start? 1. The decor. It's adorable. Their logo has a little piece of toast spreading jelly on its belly. It's precious.
      2. The donuts. These made-to-order donut holes are tiny (bite sized) and a perfect breakfast appetizer or treat. I've gotten them to go. The pumpkin seasonal, salted caramel, and maple bacon are my favorites.
      3. The drinks. The barista does an amazing job. The white-mocha latte is worth a drive over here. The adult drinks.,.mimosas, etc. are also quite tasty! I had the one with their homemade jam and herbs. So refreshing!
      4. The food. The menu is creative-- there are influences from other parts of the country (Wisco omelette-- lots of Wisconsin cheese), Denver burrito, Southern bisquits and gravy...wow. Lots to choose from. I have gotten the egg sliders a couple times-- you can try different flavors and toppings and I. am. impressed.

Go to Jelly. Wait in the long line. Put your name in and take a walk around the block. You'll like it here.

      UPDATE!

All of the things mentioned in my previous review still ring true! Although the menu is breakfast heavy and served all day, the lunch shines just as much and is OMG so good.

++ The Ruben - Slow-cooked corned beef or roasted turkey, or both - with Swiss cheese and sauerkraut with Russian dressing on rye bread. Do yourself a favor and get the corned beef as the meat is generously layered with melty cheese and absolutely delicious!

++ SBLT - Griddled salmon with bacon, lettuce, tomato and basil mayonnaise served on multigrain bread. I know what you're thinking, "salmon, at a breakfast joint?". Well, let me tell you this sandwich was well cooked, layered perfectly and refreshing! My side of sweet potato fries were icing on the cake!

Mom and I left with a full belly after a wonderful experience!
When in the area, I'd easily return!

I really wanted to like this place because it's been our list for months. Finally got a Saturday with my husband to try it out. Get in and it's busy which not a problem. We asked to sit at the bar, which we did. We were greeted.

Then....30 minutes goes by and we've just been sitting here. There's 3 waiters in this little nook standing talking. The girl at the bar is slammed with to go orders and literally can only handle the few people closer to her it I ask her to take our order. She said yes hold on.

10 minutes later, I finally ask someone else and they direct the waiters behind the nook to help.

We get our food. My husband thinks I'm overreacting that I'm getting pissed.

Then. Someone sits next to my husband and she started to experience the same shit! My husband finally said hey you need to stop someone for service. And we watched her go through what we just did.

I bet if I didn't ask someone for the check we could have just walked out in the tab. That's how much no one paid any attention to us.

The food was ok. I wouldn't go out my way to eat here again.

We come here regularly and love the food. The menu has some great options and we love the veggie-friendly options. It's decorated with retro cereal boxes and has a very fun vibe. The cinnamon roll pancake is my favorite.

Pro tip: they switched from Yelp to Toast for joining the waitlist ahead of time.

Recommend making a reservation as it was packed when I arrived. Food was good. Good ambiance as what is expected from a busy brunch spot. Service could improve as the server was a bit standoffish. The donut holes were tasty as weren't too sweet.

Cool neighborhood spot. I was alone so I lucked out and got the last bar seat but the wait seemed long for groups. The Aztec rice hash was really delicious and I got the donuts to go which come in great flavors.

Solid brunch spot with good food that my friend and I love to come to when visiting Denver. The cinnamon roll pancakes taste exactly like you hope they would and melt in your mouth. The ambiance is retro-pop hipster with the walls decorated with cereal boxes and the bathrooms decorated with classic rock star posters. Service is always friendly. This place is popular so join the wait-list

This is hands down our favorite brunch spot. The wait to get in tends to be long but is so so worth it. Food always comes out quickly and never fails to be incredible.

I've lived here for just over a year now and love coming to this neighborhood breakfast spot. I love that it opens early where random singles like me can enjoy social breakfast counter life. The service is super friendly and chill. I really like seeing the same people working there. It makes it feel very neighborhoody. I like having a breakfast or brunch cocktails there with friends from the neighborhood. It's such a cute fun place and financially accessible! They have an open mic night that I WILL attend at some point!!

Came here for brunch yesterday and it was really yummy! Our server did seem kind of impatient and like he wanted us to hurry up and order and leave very quickly (even right after we got there). But the food and ambience were good!

The food was so good I forgot to grab pictures before digging in! I had the cinnamon roll pancakes, and split an order of the 4 donut holes with my sister, which was a good way to try a few flavors. Pancakes were great, the stack of 2 was plenty for me, I didn't even finish them. I had a vanilla latte too that was tasty. I recommend checking the wait time online before heading over, and putting your name on the waitlist to make your visit even easier.
