Jeff Wyler Nissan Service is horrible, they can't even change oil right. In their defense, they were terrible when they were Falhaber and Clay Cooley as well. The only thing that changes is the name. Went there in January with a $29.99 oil change coupon for my wife's car (that actually cost me $66 out the door), only to find oil in my driveway from a bad filter weeks later and three of the six bolts missing on my under carriage rock shield. When I go there to try and rectify the situation (all I wanted was a new filter, a quart of oil and the missing bolts), I'm left waiting in the service manager's office for 35 minutes before walking out with nothing, not even a conversation.

      JEFF WYLER NISSAN SUCKS!!!!

I would never recommend the service department on Colerain I bought a 2022 kicks brand new few months after having the car, the car started to have no power, and all the inside lights were on I returned to the service department, and by that time I had painted my car and put music in my car with speakers. Now mind you I still have the exact same radio. I only hook the speakers up to the side, back door and the battery which is in my trunk that I added at that time they made me pay almost $300 for a brand new battery saying that was the issue mean I know any better I paid the $300 now mind you I have an extended warranty and bumper-to-bumper so I shouldn't have to pay for that battery. Now I am having issues with the car only going 20 miles an hour and not shifting gears and I went and got a diagnostic test to see what the check engine light was on for and the place I took it to said power training so I called Jeff Weiler and asked them was my car still under warranty they tell me yes and I tell them what's going on and they said just get it up here to our department and let them get it looked at so I get the car towed up there when I get the car towed up there it's nighttime so they're not open so then the next day they call me and they're like what's going on why is your car here? I explained to them what was going on then they told me I needed to pay for another diagnostic test. I just paid for one, so I really didn't have the money it's Christmas time and the car payment is due. so now I'm mad because I need to pay for another diagnostic after I just got it towed and all that so in the meantime it's sitting there I get a call from one of their members Tiffany to let me know that I need to call my insurance company if I report with my insurance company that a rodent or somebody has been tampering with the wires by the engine now I have never lifted up that hood except to pay to get oil change at Valvoline and the only other person that's been under the hood or them due to me needing a new battery a few months after I purchased the car that was covered under warranty so at this time I'm like why would I call my insurance company I have bumper-to-bumper and extended warranty and and then the next question is if I didn't give you any money to do the diagnostic how do you know any of that is happening no answer just send me a picture of some wires that look like one wire has been literally cut so I called and say well I'll go ahead and pay the diagnostic as long as you get my car fixed and I can have a loaner it's Christmas time I need to get to work. You have my car for two weeks meet me in the middle there was even I diagnostic I'm still gonna get the same result that I just got in a rodent or somebody is tampered with her wires so it won't be covered under warranty and we won't be giving you a loaner now I have called the Nissan , consumer hotline and the BBB, the Nissan consumer hotline has got a hold of them and let them know that I have filed a complaint and they told them that I refused to pay the diagnostic now remember, they've already diagnostic that a mouse or rodent has eight through my wire harness, but I haven't paid for a diagnostic make that makes sense so today I will go in there and I will pay for this diagnostic test And we will find out if they are going to fix my car and give me a loaner or are they going to try to make me call my insurance and pay whatever they're saying is wrong with it and not follow through with the tree that popped up on the diagnostic that I had already paid for somewhere else and are they going to give me a rental alone so I can get back-and-forth to work I will be back with the rest of my story oh, and let me let you know that they are trying to blame it again on me having a paint job and speakers that's why my wires look like that and that's why my transmission is not going over 20 miles an hour and not switching gears

This is the photo they sent me even though I haven't paid for a diagnostic test

I drove a used car and later that day called the sales person and said I would buy it. I asked if I could put a downpayment on the vehcile. Sales person said they don't take downpayments over the phone for used cars(?) I live just 10 minutes away, but salesperson said I could pick it up and pay for it the next day at 10 a.m. He said he would take care of me and hide the keys to makes sure the car was sold. I got a text later that night that they had sold the car--right out from under me. Beware and don't trust this dealership. I would not go back if they were giving cars away!

Henderson was by far the best individual I dealt with in this office. What he said is what he delivered. Paul is a crook had me do testing on stuff and told me that would go towards fixing items on my car. Nope! All lies. I paid almost 500 to test stuff and none of that went to fixing anything on my car. Henderson was very diligent in trying to help and when he went to the service manager he didn't care and told me he could only take 100 dollars off of 600 dollars worth of work. So lying to people to make money means nothing. Won't be returning to this ever again. I thought about purchasing another Nissan within the next 2 to 3 years and I won't be doing that either. Their service department is never good no matter what Nissan dealership I go to.

Recently purchased a Nissan rogue here and was helped by Robert who was very attentive and knowledgeable. He easily set us up in the rogue and was very personable, we had to wait about 2hrs for financing to actually finalize the deal. The finance manager, Jim, was also very personable and pleasant to talk with. Overall it was a good buying experience, my biggest complaint was the fact that if you aren't buying a brand new car, they don't care about detailing it. We thought they detailed it as the outside looked fairly clean but a day later i found so many pebbles and dirt under the carpets and the seat crevices had dirt in them. Just figured if someone were dropping $40k+ on a car, use or not, it would be cleaned properly. But other than the dirty aspect the vehicle was in, our buying experience was pleasant. I would consider purchasing from them again, depending on detailing circumstances that is.

Took my car in for an appointment to have a repair done that was covered in a class action settlement. I reached out to the manager prior to verify all I needed to bring was the letter from the settlement. Upon my arrival one of the service workers, took my letter and said it wasn't a recall and they wouldn't perform the work (per the judgment) because I missed the deadline, although I just received the letter this month.
He was rude and condescending, spoke to me like I was some dumb female who knew nothing in front of my 12 year old son. I asked to speak with the manager who had told me previously to just bring my letter who was equally as condescending and dismissive. My son was so upset when we left by how they spoke to me and the attitude I received for simply trying to get my headlights repaired so I can drive at night without wrecking.

      SAVE MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
they gave me a proposal that was way high, then 2 weeks later a second proposal for the same vehicle that was 6k higher. When I told them I'd already been proposed for less, they acted like the inflated proposal doesn't exist.
This is a typical super scammy car dealership.
-ask them about the "wyler protection package" and then look up the add-ons separately. super inflated
-I negotiated with a salesperson (online) and then a different sales person jumped in and said they cant do that price and it had already been sold. I can clearly look this car up and see it hasn't be sold, and salesperson #1 was still contacting me regarding purchasing this vehicle. Get your stories straight.

Do not go here. I took my car in to have its usual mileage check-up. I had purchased Wyler care and it's my second time coming in.

I had an appointment and it was over two hours late. I understand that there's wiggle room due to services being more complicated than usual with other customers but 2 hours delay is ridiculous. It was not a lack of employees as they had more mechanics than customers in the building. It was poor time management. An added request once they took my car in, was if they could check if anything was wrong with my left tire. It was lower than the others in pressure.

When I finally got my bill, they had charged me the full price even though I had indicated at check-in, and when booking I had Wyler care. I had to take it to the office manager and he said "Oh we don't know to check for that unless you tell us." Sir, I told you 3 different times. He then said let me fix this and you'll be ready to go. AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER for a bill correction before I was able to walk out. That was on top of me coming in twice asking if it was done. Sloths moved faster than these guys, heck the dead moved faster than they did.

To top it off when I asked about my tire they said there was nothing wrong with it and they just topped it off. Put more air into it. The next day I noticed the same thing, took it into Sam's Club and took the guy 10 minutes from start to finish to find out and fix what was wrong with my tire. There was a nail in it! JEFF WYLER NISSAN missed a whole NAIL in my tire. Wow, just wow. Talk about the wrong stuff.

If you want a fun drinking game then go there and take a shot everytime they mess something up. I guarantee you'd be blacked out before an hour is up.

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. The way they treated my friend who just purchased a car from them is completely abominable, and should be investigated. After purchasing a car and finalizing paperwork, my friend has since been harassed by this dealership, called names and been hung up on, had her name forged on loan paperwork, told that the loan was never submitted, lied to and more. The dealership continues to ask for more money and give my friend the run around as to why. If you want to be ripped off and told to smile when buying a car, this is the best place to go.
