Jay has now painted the inside of my business and the exterior of my home. Not only is he responsible and reliable but he is easy to communicate with. I highly recommend working with them as he keeps you updated through the project. Both leading up to and during. Not only that but the results are great.


His crew painted our exterior of the home + the pool house + shed AND stained our deck. Everything looks great And was done in a timely fashion. Highly recommend Jay and his crew

Jay's Painting Service did a fabulous job on my Carmichael house. Turned out the house needed quite a bit of repair from 30+ years of rain and sun crumbling the siding and trim. The house was washed, caulked from top to bottom, and painted to perfection. John (owner) showed me every place that needed repair and provided receipts for all material. His crew of painters, carpenter, and plumber were polite and professional and they cleaned up at the end of each day. The cost of all the work was discussed in detail with me and had my prior approval (no surprises). I recommend Jay's Painting Service WITHOUT hesitation.

I had Jay's paint my house 8 years ago in 2014 and it still looks great. He replaced a lot of areas with dry rot damage before he painted the entire house. He and his crew were professional and courteous.

I just had my house inspected and the inspector commented on how well the house paint has stood up over the years and how well it was done. I gave him one of Jay's business cards because he asked who painted the house.

I would not hesitate to have him do any work for me. I'm still satisfied with the paint and repairs he did.

I recently moved to the neighborhood and needed whole house, interior painting. I read the reviews for Jay's and knew he was my guy! Jay and his crew showed up each day 10 minutes early and ready to work -- I loved it! They made sure that I was comfortable before they left each day with minimal disruption to my bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Jay uses a low voc paint so I slept in my bed the first night without a heavy paint smell in my room. I had my air purifier going just in case. They did such an excellent job on my house and I couldn't be happier. His work is flawless, they paid attention to detail, was very punctual, courteous, professional, and Jay has a great sense of humor! I would definitely recommend Jay's Painting Service. Jay's House Painting did a great job painting the exterior of our house and replacing siding as needed. Our house looks nicely refreshed. We especially appreciate the work done to restore and paint our front door, which was beat up from years of weather exposure. Jay's provides outstanding customer service. They are prompt, professional, responsive, reasonably priced for the quality of their work, and pay attention to detail. They also clean up thoroughly after completing the job. John, the owner, is a stand up guy and I enjoyed interacting and communicating with him and his team. Highly recommend!

Jay's crew just finished painting my exterior house in the Sacramento/Citrus Heights. They did an excellent job. They were friendly, easy to get a hold of (customer service was great), and they did a phenomenal paint job.

I've attached some before and after pictures. The picture were taken at different times of the day so the sun hits them slightly different, but you can see how much it changed the look of my house. I've also included a picture of my newly painted front door.

I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their house painted by professionals, and just nice people overall.

Great job, great price! I highly recommend this business. They were really busy so it took them a while to come out after collecting bids but well worth the wait.
