I've been going to Jasmine cleaners for the last 6 months. So far they have done a great job with my clothes. I was sad to hear that the previous owners sold their business and that this place was under new management however the new owners are doing a great job as well. I will continue to take my clothes as long as they keep up the good work !

Overpriced on sewing. I took a shirt to sew in a mickey and they wanted to charge me $15 which I thought was ok then she spoke to someone on the phone and raised the price to $20 dollars. I literally walked out and went to Roman cleaners witch is in the following block and only paid $10.

The owner is so nice and listen to very calming music ;) super friendly and did an amazing job dry cleaning my dress. It had a large oil stain and he was able to remove it. Excellent customer service!

Not the same Friendly Service since New ownership took over. I went in today to pick up a pair of Khakis that I had cleaned & I noticed a stain on them (common stain that you get when you wear light colored pants) I brought it to the attention of the clerk and he said, "Sorry we didn't notice the stain. We can try again to get it out but you'll have to pay again", (You gotta be Kidding me) The previous Owners would have cleaned them again without hesitation. (Unbelievable!)

I've come to this cleaner place for dry cleaning my dresses, blouses and pants. They've done a good job - clean, stains removed, no smell, neatly folded or hanged and quick. The prices are reasonable and affordable. Their services are good. You can pay in advance or at pickup. Strongly recommended.

Do not go here. The wife (the owner) has horrible customer service skills. She is very incompetent on using the credit machine. She could not figure out how to reimbursement or void the transaction after overcharged me. On top of that, she only had $20 in the register and wanted me to go to another store to get her change to reimburse me! This was not the first time she had no change. She was rude. She blamed me for her mistake. She would not reimburse me when I decided out of frustration to cancel my order. She was sarcastic and not pleasant at all. I was almost at the point of calling the police because she refused to refund my money. I strongly recommend you not give your business to this cleaner service because there is no professionalism nor competent custermer service.
