Andrea W.Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, CA56115May 26, 2020Do not order from this company. What we got vs. what was ordered is not the same. This was supposed to be for a baby boy and hence the blue. Instead we got purple and YELLOW? Like pee yellow? Im so disappointed and embarrassed. The owner had my contact info and could have contacted me. AND WHAT IS UP WITH THE VASE! Fake leaves? She was not understanding with my feedback and became defensive instead of trying to make this right. DO NOT use this florist. Terrible customer service and arrangement.

This is NOT a fair review at all. We have been in business 10 years. We have a 4.8 score out of 5 for our exceptional customer service and the quality of our florals. This order had to go out the day after a holiday weekend and so of course the exact flowers were not available. Any reasonable customer would be happy to receive such a gorgeous lush design filled with lovely lilacs. The value of this design was in fact higher than the one ordered by the customer and does fit the bill for an appropriate "baby boy" gift. This customer was presented a disclaimer on our website (and had to sign it) which is: "Flowers available at the markets may vary each week. If you have exact preferences for certain flowers, please place your order one week in advance. The florist has the option to select the best flowers available on the day of your order." This customer ordered over the holiday weekend and her expectations were completely unreasonable. Usually we do everything we can to make sure our customers are happy, but in this instance we were not willing to do so. Hence this nasty review.

The floral arrangements have always been beautiful, both the quality of the flowers and the artistry of the arrangement. We didn't need a ceramic pot, because the floral was low and extended over the table. It was perfect. My husband commented last night on Thanksgiving that they were extraordinary (he never notices or comments, this came without prompting.) I will certainly use Jan again!
