Jalapenos Mexican Restaurant

Stumbled across this. Very good traditional Mexican breakfast. Very clean and great service.

Very good huevos rancheros--over medium perfectly prepared, spicy sauce but not too hot, refried
Beans not too greasy but very tasty. A lot of potatoes enough to make another separate taco. Flour Tortillas were light and fluffy. Server was friendly and gave good service . Coffee was fresh and tasted very good!

My sister and I decided to stop here and eat after passing it several times. We were so disappointed as the burrito was so SALTY that we couldn't finish our meal. What a waste of money$$.

Love this restaurant. Always great. Barbacoa is not my preferred go to taco, but here it is very good and not greasy. Portions are more than adequate and prices are reasonable!

No matter if you complain or not. You still have to pay for this horrible food. It was left behind hardly eaten. Food was horrible; lacked flavor and wasnt what we expected. If anything my family is leaving with an upset stomach. Don't eat here; the beans, carme guisada, Barbacoa and menudo wasn't good.
They either need to hire new cooks or close down

First time at this place. Never again! Picadillo plate was just horrible in taste. Did not look like the picture on the menu at all. Only ate the rice and beans which did not have any taste to it. I left the picadillo behind. Ordered a barbacoa taco and just by looking at it I knew it was going to be disgusting. Tried it and also ate some but left it behind too. My wife had the carne a la mexicana...not good at all. The worst part when I saw the receipt they charged me for two coffees. Most restaurants will give you a complimentary refill, not this place!! Charged me $6.00 for the 2 cups of coffee. An extra flour tortilla $1.49?? Plus, they charge you a SVC fee for what? To pay the waitress their wages or using your debit card to pay?? Not sure? Anyway, we weren't pleased at all. Later, my wife ended up throwing up and with an upset stomach. Not the morning I wanted. The one star is being nice.

Tried this wanna be Mexican restaurant today. Service was good but food was absolutely awful. I brought my family in for lunch and we left disgusted and hungry. We ordered some tacos and menudo. Let's just say they need to hire some real cooks. The beans tasted like they were out of a can. The menudo lacked flavor; salt didn't help. The carne guisada wasn't even that; just horrible. Oh and let's not forget the barbacoa tacos. It was even worse. Never ever again. This place should be closed down. Go somewhere else before you experience the same thing. Run don't walk!!!

The tacos are very fully loaded and delicious. Great way to start our Sunday morning/afternoon and not to mention our work week. Delicious food.

Ordered 2 breakfast tacos. The inside food was good but tortillas were a let down. Tortillas were chewy and didn't have that homemade feel. Also, they use American yellow cheese, instead of cheddar.. most places use Cheddar... overall just a mid, basic restaurant..

My family and I were excited to give this place a try. We were even more excited to beat the lunch rush. Unfortunately we found out how bad the service is. They sat us down, provided drinks, chips, salsa and took our order. They completely neglected our table for the rest of our time there. We noticed more and more people getting their food before us. They had forgotten our order all together. When we decided to leave; they made no effort to try and rectify the situation. I gave them every opportunity to do so.
