Jack in the Box

Good for breakfast. I really needed a fasted meal and this worked out great.
Quick and fast.

I think the food is great for being fast food but as a dasher i appreciate the quickness of them having orders ready as well as the sweetest overnight crew ever!

Love this place, just as much as the next jack in the box. But I'm pressed when I asked for curly fries and they only gave me crescent moons ):

the older gentlemen with the beard and wedding ring who greeted us at the window was the most fast friendly and proficient guy i've ever encountered. he should be working at chic fil a because he was an angel. my tacos were stuffed to the max with lettuce and they were just great. huge stack of napkins. lots of sauce. just great.

Cockroach Alert: Took our to-go order out to the car and when I opened the bag a Texas-sized cockroach scurried out. Good thing I was not driving or I would have crashed the car! We spent the next 15 minutes trying to find the guy and somehow he ended up in our trunk! Squashed him and both he and our food went into the trash container.

But interesting side story. While looking for our little visitor we saw a family with two young kids park their car and wander off. Very soon thereafter a tow truck came, hooked up their car and drove off. From the time the people got out of the car to the time the car got towed out of the lot could not have been more than seven minutes.

Bottom line: don't eat here, don't park here. Just stay away.

Being a veteran of Jack in the Box for over 40 years I have to say that the two in San Marcos are terrible. Today I ordered two tacos with extra lettuce and received two tacos with NO lettuce! Come on guys, to the owners of these two restaurants, stop being cheap and lazy and serve a quality product. This is not the first time I have experienced this situation from both restaurants. Such a shame that you can not serve a taco as advertised. I hope who ever reads this review from Jack in the Box that is in a position to make a difference will read it and make the necessary changes to improve the quality of food. There are a lot of fast food restaurants that we all can pick from - choose to be the one that never receives a review like this!

They were randomly closed !!!! Didn't put any signs or anything. They were just closed and refused to let anyone eat

Was drinking my milkshake and saw a hair in my shake. Disappointed.

so disappointed!!! It was so sad that they gave me stale tacos. my kids can't even eat now cause you can't even chew the shell. what a waist of money. I tried to call and they don't answer the phone. That's wrong to serve food like that knowing darn well they wouldn't eat it there selves.
