Good value for the money - 2 sandwiches for only
$ 4.50 . Service was fast considering it was Turkey Day and most places are down to skeleton crews . Coffee tasted fresh although I asked for 2 creamers and only got one. Otherwise no issues with this particular location.

Wow! First time visiting this location and I'm appalled at how terrible the customer service was. The person who took our order in the drive thru was SUPER rude! At first I thought it was a language barrier but nope! Once I pulled up and got my food, it was all eye rolls and attitude. I ordered jalapeño poppers and checked my bag before pulling away and noticed I didn't get any ranch dressing to dip them in. The lady at the window sighed, shoved two ranch sauces in my hand and said "WE CHARGE EXTRA FOR SAUCES, YOU WANT THEM OR NOT?!" Like?! What on earth is this kind of behavior?! I definitely will NOT be coming back here, nor do I recommend coming here. I'll be calling corporate in the morning because my experience was entirely unacceptable.

Lastima que no puedo dejar cero estrellas, pero mi comentario es para una trabajadora, especificamente la que me cobro e hizo mi orden, una muchacha con lentes; mala actitud, malisima, atencion a la fuerza y de mala gana, como si por llegar a trabajar no le pagaran, al final si no le gusta ese trabajo por la paga o el ambiente deberia de salirse y buscarse otro trabajo, me termino tirando el ultimo recibo de mi ultima orden, acabo de salirme despues de recibir mis ordenes, me miro como diciendo "pendejo, tantas ordenes" mirando de reojo de mala gana y con muy pocas ganas de trabajar, me entrego los vasos de mis ordenes cuando le dio la mala gana, dejare mi recibo porque no se si ella aparece el nombre que me atendio

horrible food service , im a usual loyal customer and this time my order was horribly taken by a child , these new generation need to learn how to give proper customer service , i ask for hot sauce and two straws and they roll their eyes like how am i supposed to drink my soda then . even the manager in charge was rude , all i asked was for my order to be taken correctly so i can enjoy it but day ruined and food not even given properly.

Location is never open on time in the morning. Drive thru line is always out to the street during the highest traffic time. Why say you open at 6 am if the dine in door is still locked at 8:30am? When do you ever expect to have customers come enjoy breakfast? This is my last time making the attempt in the morning.

It would be nice to get the right size. I ordered a large fries so I could share it, but when I got it, it looks like someone has already taken part of them. I felt like I got a medium fries in a large container. For what you pay, you should get the size you order.

I swear there is so much love in this specific Jack-in-the-Box location I have been here four times now and every single time has been better than the last, this is no exaggeration. I have been to so many Jack-in-the-Box locations in the past and this tops every single one of them by a mile. first off the food is always so fresh and delicious. Secondly everyone is always so nice like Chick-fil-A nice...
and I will admit $8.26 for a fast food cheeseburger sounds like a lot but if you come to the specific location I promise you it will not get better than this and you will gladly cough up the money. I literally had to pull over to eat this burger, this could not be eaten whilst driving it was too good. 10/10

I never do this but- The one star is for the ONE employee out of three I've met that was actually kind to me. I don't know if he was a manager and I didn't catch his name (a shorter brown skinned guy) but I met him once during my first visit and he is the single redeeming quality I've seen so far about this place. I've been twice since and there's one particular girl (plus sized with glasses) there who had an unwarranted attitude with me from the jump BOTH times I saw her, even going as far as to just glaring at me while the one kind employee was getting me my sauces at the front of the building when she SHOULDVE been doing her job at the drive thru and minding her own. I don't know what it is because I go out of my way to be extra kind to people but especially service workers since I've been in their position but she still manages to go out of HER way to be rude despite my kindness. This morning she was making faces at me and this was all due to a miscommunication that would've never happened had she simply read my preorder, one that I still apologized for despite it being caused by her job being done incorrectly and her cold behavior towards me. Despite her mouth running like a motor for gossip, she also has a bad habit of giving customers (or at least me) the silent treatment and glares outside of absolutely necessary words. Like I get the physical part of your job is the most important but when a customer says bye or have a nice day to you it's common decency to say it back- not close the window in their face and roll your eyes or walk away from the register as they're mid-sentence. I didn't even waste my time saying thank you this time because the last time I did she rolled her eyes in my face and walked away. I don't know what I did to her besides exist but she has some serious issues she needs to work on. As someone who worked in customer service for seven years I know how it's supposed to look and that rude employee with her nasty spirit lacks any trace of it. Not a kind bone in that girl's body. Never coming back to this location again so long as she's working there, absolutely vile energy that she seems to wish was contagious. Edit: spoke to the manager about it- she listened for a bit but then she began rushing me off the phone and hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. She said she'd talk to her but I don't think she will considering the fact that she ALSO admitted she witnessed everything this morning yet still didn't say anything about it so that's that I guess lol. If the manager doesn't care then it's clearly an establishment issue not just a single employee.

For fast food you used to be able to count on this location being pretty decent.

Now it just plain sucks! I picked up an order for my family and the 2 jumbo Jack Jr's with cheese were made with sausage patties instead of burger patties, they left the eggs off of the 2 sausage breakfast jacks, the egg rolls were literally dripping cold oil and I can't even explain what the flavor of the coke was but it definitely wasn't any soda that I'd ever eaten before.

Needless to say, we will not be returning.

Not the healthiest of breakfasts, but I had a craving for Jack in the Box tacos. Who doesn't like something fried in the morning. Simple but so good.

I've been coming here since I was knee-high to a grasshopper. I absolutely love their Supreme croissant for breakfast and now their strawberry dr. pepper has become my go to item. When I told my friend they were selling strawberry dr. pepper, he just couldn't believe it. He thought I was lying to him. I had to do research on the internet just to prove that what I was telling him was true. A strawberry dr. pepper does exist and Jack in the Box has it!!! Score!

Today, I got the small-sized spicy Jack Combo. I was also in the mood for their tacos but the Spicy Jack was what I was really craving. That wasn't super hungry, I didn't opt for the curly fries. I didn't even order my usual cheesecake and now I regret it.

I used the drive thru since I was rollie on my way to T.J.Maxx to pick up a watch. This place wasn't super busy at 11:30 a m. Score!

Always take advantage during your birthday month and get the free tacos or free cheesecake.
