Will not return. 1st haircut was fair. Subsequent visits were very short with poor results. Used to go here years ago and returned after my stylist moved. I have now found a stylist at a different shop with much better results at a 10 dollar savings. I think it is the make appointment and get stuck with the stylist's that no one wants and ever books syndrome. People had told me my hair looked bad so I had to make the change even though I wanted to like this place. My current stylist said " Your hair was cut vary uneven and is short where it should be long and longer where it should be short. A shop should know this to keep business."

Michael did an amazing job on my hair. I waited about 2 years til a of my old color was grown out and he did a full head of highlights. It changes my look and was exactly what I was looking for!

Be careful of this place , the stylist love to gossip about there customers to other customers . And Fif they don't like you they will ruin your hair

Me and my boys are 17 year clients. Very full service and customer oriented. If you have time, they relax. If you're in a hurry, they move you on. In other words, they meet your needs.

You're free to stay with one stylist or switch it up. No one ever seems to get mad. They just want to ensure your happy.

My family and I have been coming to this salon for 16 years! Arra's is an institution in Chagrin Falls. They have been here over 40 years. After this many years the staff at Arra's are like family. They offer the latest in hair products and techniques. The staff is beyond accommodating with their scheduling. They have a spa area as well. You will not go wrong visiting this little gem in Chagrin Falls.

My second time back for a facial with Donna Vitale. Donna is state of the art with the products and equipment she uses. She is also a blast to send time with. My skin was entirely transformed both times I came in for facials. I couldn't recommend anyone higher for skincare.

The haircut was great and they were nice but I made an appointment for a cut only ($50). I got my cut and then they said ok let's dry it a little. They ended up blowing out my hair without me asking or agreeing to the "styling". I thought when they were going to dry it, that was just what they did. When I went to go check out, they charged me $70 for a cut and style. I didn't agree or ask for the dry. I can dry my own hair for $20. So if you go here, just make sure they aren't doing things and charging you for them

This was my first visit for trim and color. Everyone was super nice, facility was very clean, festive, and welcoming! I will be back!

Hannah fixed my hair after a stylist from another salon messed it up. She's the best!

Mike and his team are great! I've been impressed since I started going there six months ago and have received so many compliments on my hair since! Thank you for doing such a great job!
