Hammertown Self Storage

This facility is great!, They are making this property look new again. They have been painting the property which i appreciate because i would not want to store my items at a location that looks dingy. even though this place was always clean. They have always accommodated me when i needed to access my unit. They do request you not to loiter. Which is understandable. my stuff needs to be stored. i do not need to hang out for hours on end. i have better places to be. They are also great to remind me when my bill is do. which with everything going on in todays society, its great to have a reminder to avoid any late fees. I defiantly recommend this place to my friends and family! Thank you everyone for the pleasant experience.

The owners and staff allowed one of their several loose dogs to viciously attack me while I'm trapped inside the gate with reoccurring gate problems. I've received bills and constant phone calls that my storage rent is overdue or hasn't been paid in months. I have never missed a payment. They've had months of construction preventing access even painting my paid for storage lock shut and have not replaced it. Nena, the on sight manager drives around rudely asking what I'm doing stating the 45 mins I'm there while moving is unacceptable to her standards. Nena, Katrina, Anthony seem to care more for the dozen fancy breed dogs they store there then humans who pay to legitimately store personal property.

This location has to be the best storage facility I've ever seen or been a customer to. This facility is super clean the staff is very friendly ! Also id like to note that i have been a customer here for more then just a couple years ive been here a while and there was a time when the rent had to increase i didnt fuss or leave i still stayed because this place is worth it if your looking for a storage facility that is clean and has video cameras they also upkeep the grounds in front and all through the whole facility its good to no that my belongings are safe and if im going threw and financial problems its always good to let them no they dont no unless you tell them so they can see if they can help u in anyway its coming to a poi t were i maybe able to downsize my unit but im still staying here !

i've had enough of your harassment. finally decided to move my stuff to a different location. manager/owner take note: calling your customers the last day of the month and telling them their rent is due for next month is harassment . who ever decided this was ok ,,,,its not. i have always payed my rent on time. you calling me before its due is harrasment. you lost my buisness!!!!!!
i will be contacting the better buisness bureau too!

i've been using Hammer TownStorage for a while now and I have no problems they've always been nice the people at the front desk are more than helpful and I would recommend anyone to come and get a storage chair I don't need nothing too big they had the perfect size just for all my stuff.

You only know how good customer service is if there is conflict. In our expericence, we were yelled at and blamed for our circumstance. We were told to move everything or be charged a fee and possibly have police called on us for dumping. How did this happen?

An employee told us we had until the end of the month to empty our unit. With it being July, we understood the "end of the month" meant 31st. Except to our surprise, the employee meant the 30th. What happened when we tried expaining the situation?

Like I said above we were yelled at. My wife was called stupid for the employee mistake. For this experience alone we will never be a return customer. I dont think anyone should store their goods at this storage facility.

Also please consider that the inside storage does not have ventilation. None. So if you are told to empty your unit in summer, you will be scolfed at and ridiculed for knowing that it is a storage shed. Buyer beware. Take lots of water and breaks during summer heat waves. Inside felt like 120 easy because it was hotter than our car!! Someone forgot about liability.

Well this place what can I say. I called one day and had a unit the next. Very friendly very help fast and easy. I don't want to say the wrong name but the young lady at the desk was on top of her stuff. The facility is nice clean easy to get to easy to find you're unit.
One way in one way out. It's a straight up nice place. I would hope anyone seeing this that need a unit please please go by and also mention my name Tommie. Lol.
Also in a great location you don't have to worry about the homelessness.

Pretty good storage place in Stockton. It is hidden behind Kaiser. The customer service was really good too. Angel was very helpful. We found a storage unit that was a good price for the size. Seems very secure. Glad to have found this place.

Very clean and safe place. Kathy is amazing, she's super friendly and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this place.

Went to purchase a unit that was advertised online at a certain price and discount but when you call they say they're all gone except for their expensive units and that there are no deals. She literally said that! If you're not offering the deals and you sold out of everything that they're on you need to put that on your website. I also had to keep calling to get someone because no one answers the phone or returns phone calls. This place is a scam!
