Adriana is a hair magician! My hair was a mess post covid. I had so much breakage and fallout, and she helped bring my hair back to life. She is the only one I trust to cut and color my hair. On top of custom blending my haircolor, she shows me how to care for my hair and advises on what shampoos and hair masks to buy. On top of that, the salon is so pretty, and everyone here is welcoming.

We got to the appointment and told her what my Mom was looking to do with her hair and she listened, provided some feedback and delivered perfect results. My Mom was so happy and had such a pleasant experience with Adriana. Thanks again Adriana.

My mother was happy with a prior visit with a different stylist, but today her new stylist had my mom waiting 30-40min when appointment was scheduled in advance with deposit. Overall poor customer service stylist took approximately 4-5 hours. For color,haircut,and crown highlights and there was little no conversation for most of that time. Total was $375 and thats with discount. When she understood $200.

The picture below was taken less than a year ago for about $200 but $375 is ridiculous amount for less work today and way much longer in time.
Front staff was great in serving a variety of drinks. My Hairstylist Luis and Cindy did a fantastic job. The interior design is eye catching really nice and clean and organized. Price is a little up there but you do get what you pay for. Almost everything is these days anyways. Highly recommended to new customers!

She's very patient, informative and has given me realistic expectations with the process. She has also been very clear with pricing. She's also given me tips how to maintain my color. I've seen the negative comments regarding adriana, which are false. Adriana will be forward warning, going blonde or going lighter is work and high maintenance, she advises the expectation and outcome, especially if someone else did prior work and what to expect. Adriana does take her time, I prefer quality. The establishment is clean and polite.

The first thing the girl said was"we don't have much time". I didn't understand why she said that. The cut and dye was ok. When we went to the front and the girl showed her the gift certificate and you could see the look on her face, she was wrong. I'll never go back and I won't recommend them either.

Adriana did an excellent job on my hair! I had a surgery on my head and she was super sensitive to my needs! She did such a great job on my head, my grandmother loved it! I'm definitely coming back!

I love this salon! I have been coming here since I moved to the area which is about 3 yrs now. I usually go with Adriana to get my hair done. The most recent appointment I went in with her and she did not deliver as she usually does. Bummer because I really trusted her and loved the way she did my hair. I have tried reaching out to her directly, but she never responded. I think a different technique of highlights should have been done on my hair to give a more blended/solid appearance for a smoother grow out. I do not see any consistency of highlights around my head, and the grow out/roots are still very noticeable. It's hard to find a good, trustworthy hairstylist in the area. I'm super bummed not sure who I can go to now, and honestly, I do not want to drop $500 to not be 100% happy with the end results.

I'm assuming it was suppose to be a layer but it didn't blend with the rest of the haircut. My hair is waist length so I wouldn't really notice if it was cut wrong unless it was something as dramatic as this.. my curtain bangs are also slightly uneven. As for the salon experience... I arrived on time and after being checked in I waited 15 mins. There's nothing that irks me more than waiting on someone.. I don't care if you are running behind with another client.. you should schedule your appointments with enough time in between Incase someone or yourself is running late/behind. Finally when paying my hair stylist priced me at $80 dollars which was really annoying because at the time of scheduling I asked who my stylist would be and how much the cut was.. I was quoted at $70 and she responded "every stylist has different pricing " which makes no sense cause I booked the appointment through the salon who must have set prices for standard services like a haircut.
