iTAN Sun Spray Spa - Santee

I only intended on tanning for some photos. That I was going to be taking after a fitness program. But I'm really enjoying it. I like the way I look in. The staff is always so friendly and inviting. Very personable.. Especially in pressed with the effort. Everyone takes to remember who I am and what my name is. The girls are always very helpful, helping me. Decide what ten I should do next.. I enjoy every visit.

Tried to sign up and activate my account and get it back up and running!! They activated my account under the wrong person!! With MY credit card information...I went to a different location to tan and that's the only way I found out!! I had to call Santee to ask when I can tan next...and the manager wouldn't even talk with me. Was talking to me through an employee and she was relaying the information to me!! It's been a week and still no resolution! I love ITan...but just drive to El Cajon if you want to open an account! You'll have better luck.

If you go, ask for Amanda! She was an absolute expert at all of the amenities and assisted my husband and I in finding the best spray tan for our respective coloring. She completely nailed it. The atmosphere was so relaxed and casual, the actual process was very straightforward and easy. We came in for a one time event but are considering the subscription because of how well we were treated and how awesome the results were. If you are on the fence, go for it!

I understand staffing issue isn't the staff's fault, it is on the business for not managing a better schedule. But every single time I visit, there is always only one person working. This person is responsible for checking people in, cleaning the beds, custom spray tan, everything else.
Every s i n g l e time I visit for a less than 10 minute tan, I end up waiting upwards of 20+ minutes before someone can even check me in. My schedule is super tight, so it's just no longer a good fit for me and definitely a huge reason contributing to me cancelling my membership.

I go to Santee and we absolutely adore Amanda she's very knowledgeable. She's very professional. She's so sweet and make sure you guys bring your wallet cause she can sell you everything on the shelf because she knows all about her product and she wants to make sure you take care of your skin care.

I love this location! I drive from SDSU farther to this one because of the staff. Amanda is always so sweet and welcoming. She genuinely cares about getting you the best service and is so knowledgeable!!!

This is the one of the best businesses to go and tan. Customer service is always there to provide you with what you need to see how far you are away. from the perfect tan..
They all have great customer service, and good machines .

This salon is awesome. I had Amanda do my spray tan. She was so friendly and did such a good job. I will definitely be a regular customer now.

The girls that work here are the absolute best!! I have never felt more welcomed than at this salon here. All of the girls are so educated on the products and are happy to help.

As summer is approaching I like to build a base tan! I told Anna I'm going on vacation and she got excited for me and was so knowledgeable on helping me get the best tan for my trip! She recommended I go in the beauty angel then go tan in room 2! She educated me on what the benefits are with the beauty angel and let me tell you she was right. When I left I saw the difference in my skin! She also told me about the lotion packages and I left with a great lotion that will help me build a great tan! Also the manager (I didn't grab her name) but she was also so sweet and helpful! Thanks Santee ITAN you guys are amazing and I always look forward to come in!!
