IRS Office

Its the IRS building. Nothing much to say because honestly nobody wants to be there, right?!?

Parking is on the upper level on the back side of the building. Don't park in the front; thats for banking customers only.

This is a appointment only building so if you don't have an appointment don't come. I had to wait 2 weeks before I could see someone. I needed to verify my identity; cus you know everyone wants to be me.

After getting to the right floor, security comes out and gives you a briefing on whats going to happen. Security check, no weapon (of course), have to have an appointment, no talking on your phones but you can text and scroll and No pictures.

After checking in with the front desk, she made sure I had what was needed for the agent to help me. I waited about 4-5 mins before they called me back. It was a simple process (for me, i don't know your situation). I was in and out within 20 mins.

No issues or problems but I don't want to go back!

you will experience long waiting calls, and when you are finally with an agent, they will be of no help. The agent Ms. Roelle agent #1003065900 lacked communication and empathy. Was being difficult in trying to processs any of our requests, was rude and dismissive to our request.

if you are going on a day they accept walk ins good luck. the line was 6-7 miles long. i advise you to get there at 4am if you want to get seen.ridiculous

We went to this office to get a TIN for a friend's child. The guard was accommodating and respectfully informed us that the office only accepts people with appointments. He gave us the phone number. Oh boy! It took us more than an hour to talk to somebody just to lose connection even before getting a schedule. We called over and over again but no luck. Our call was rejected due to high volume.

They make u call and it take about 2 hours to get on the line and when they answer they talk to u and mid. Mid way they act like they can't hear u I have 5g there's no way it was the phone line

No help. Nothing. Nada. Can't get through to anyone. The IRS website let me setup an account but then it decided it would send me a verification code via snail mail! All I want to do is pay what I owe and I can't! Unbelievable. We all have to work but not the government.

Terrible service! I stopped by since I was on the area and I required a transcript from my previous year submission, even when there was nobody else there while I visited, they guy in the desk just kept repeating "you need to make an appointment " to every question I tried to ask... When I got home I called them on the phone and managed to get the documents I need sent to me in a lapse of 5-7 days... Don't waste your time stopping by this office if you have another option.

The WORST OFFICE ! Horrible customer service, employees do not care about anyone except getting everyone out of the door as quick as possible. If I could give 0 stars I would, Joke of an office .

I went here to get a transcript it was the worst. I mean I sort of expected this from the IRS but the rude lady at the counter was not helpful and flat out annoying. So if you can print it online then I recommend you do that.

This IS NOT were you want to be. Lines are long. They are doing the best the can do. But, they can be rude and harsh. There has to be a better system in place there. One day I spent 8 hrs there for a simple review. Wow
