Paisano's Pizza

It has been several years since the COVID cicada rat infestation. The restaurant contacted me, heard me about the rats, and appeared to take action. Or maybe nature did when the cicadas died off. Either way the were responsive (and I took nothing in return for this or any review).

The food is fast and reliable. We like the strombolis, which hits the spot, but I will occasionally get a gyro.

Great pizza and great wings. Simple as that! I ordered a personal cheese pizza and hot wings via delivery and Paisano's is easily my favorite pizza in the DMV. The cheese was fresh and cheesy and the crust was the perfect balance of crispy and fluffy. The hot wings were fried well and not too saucy; my favorite kind! I look forward to ordering from here again.

We were really craving cheesy NY pizza and I did some research because I haven't had any good NY pizza since moving to the DMV. I found this place on google and decided to try this place based on the videos they posted on their tik tok, the pictures on their site don't do them justice. I was really impressed. We order a pepperoni pizza, it was delicious, cheesy, and piping hot. Even the heated up left overs were so good, it tasted as fresh as when we bought it. Highly recommend!

I had the turkey club (which actually contains white onions) and that was amazing!!

Pizza, mozarella sticks and garlic knots were delish!

The zepettos were just okay. Kids chicken tenders were 2 big thinned out chicken breasts, I do think they could have been cut down for children to eat better.

Great local pizza, pasta, salad carry out! Whether delivery or pick up, the flavor never fails.

My sister recently moved from New York and said this is the only pizza she has tried that was in the direction of the flavor that NY pizza typically brings. If she said that, I knew she was right. I pulled up their website, placed an order for a large cheese pizza through it, and saw it would be about 20-30 minutes. I decided to wait until the latter since I heard they can easily get backed up. When I arrived, I walked right in and my order was ready, so then I was on my way. It smelled really good in my car, so I was excited!

When I got home, I got my red pepper flakes, took a bite, and YES. My sister was right! I got the NY style crust, and I really like their version of it! The cheese and tomato sauce were popping too. I always judge a new pizza by the most basic version -- The Cheese Pie. It was everything I had hoped for! I see that they have sandwiches, wings, and some desserts including cannolis too. In addition to more pizza, I will be returning to try those things!

I heard about this place from my parents one day and checked it out. I have been at least 3 times now! Words can't explain how awesome their pizzas and wings are. When I walk in it's usually the same person at the register and she's very nice to the customers that come in to place or pick up orders.

Above average delivery place. Serving all of the usual suspects wings, pizza, gyros, and both hot and cold subs. They also have a few specialty entrees. This particular time I got a chicken cheese steak and a salad.

The sub arrived warm and was very good. It was not as heavy as it could have been, but still a good sandwich. I got the gyro salad which is supposed to come with a special yogurt sauce, that wasn't in the bag which was a little disappointing. Instead they gave me the house dressing, not a major mistake.

I'll order from them again.

This pizza is consistently delicious! That's it. All the noms!!! Delivery service is also great!

Disaster. Tried to order through DoorDash first and it came up as out of the area, even though we are 1.2 miles down the road. Went to their website and it was 4.99 for delivery before tip. Decided just to pick it up. The website wouldn't take off the delivery fee even after closing the whole thing out and going back in. I tried 3 times and couldn't get it to work. I ended up calling in the order. Guy on the phone was rude. I specifically asked if the poppers came with ranch and was told yes. I also ordered a salad with ranch. Went directly to pick it up. The guy was on the phone, didn't even acknowledge me. Another staff member came to clock out, also not so much as a glance. Close to 10 minutes later someone came up from the back and asked for my name. My order had been ready and just sitting the whole time. No apology or anything. I had to ask for utensils. I ordered a salad and a pasta and they were going to send the order off without those items. Got back to our hotel and open the bag. Only one ranch for my salad. Not enough to go with the poppers. My daughters pasta was noodles and a ton of cheese. Barely any sauce. We're up here regularly for swim and I will never go there again. Just terrible.
