Invoke Moving

BEWARE I got my house moved by them back in December. Movers were nice but they damaged several pieces of furniture. They told me how to do a claim and that's where it all started. They make the claim process very hard asking for physical prints of the damage and a long claim form to be mailed in. They will not do anything over the phone or through email. Then they wait the 90 days to return anything then give you a very low amount that will not fix anything. So I emailed the place asking for an owner to contact me. See the email I sent in the pics I get a call from the owner cussing me out saying that that's the process and he doesn't care I have never been yelled at and cussed out like that before all because I didn't agree with the settlement offer.

From start to finish this was a first rate experience. The quote was spot on. The crew was on time and hustled. They loaded my belongings with speed and care. The took the quickest route to my new place and unloaded quickly. I would highly recommend them and if I move again I will use them. My move was complete and I was still waiting on quotes from other companies.

Great team of movers they were on time and packaged my possessions with care. I would recommend this company for anyone looking for professionals.

Worst moving experience I've ever had. Took them over 3 hours to move my 500 sq ft apartment. They ruined pretty much every single piece of furniture I own, even though it was all wrapped, cracked my fish tank so that's now unusable, destroyed my trash can and they even HIT MY CAR WITH THEIR DOLLIES. My car is brand new, 4 months old, and now has a scratched headlight and scratched front bumper from these people. I will definitely be putting in claims for all damages and I'm thinking about calling a lawyer to see if there is anything I can do about my car damage.
I understand there is risk when moving but I've moved 8 times in the past 10 years and this is the WORST experience I have had. Very disappointed. I would think twice before using this moving company and maybe find some other reviews besides those here on yelp.

Absolutely the worst moving company I have ever used. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR FURNITURE BROKEN. We used Invoke as our movers in July of 2021 and on the day of the move, the guys came on time and were very nice, and we had no problem with the actual movers. However, when arriving to our new address, one of the movers broke a piece of our furniture and brought it to my attention. This was fine because I know accidents can happen and that I would be reimbursed. HOWEVER, trying to get a reimbursement has been IMPOSSIBLE. SANDRA @ the front desk is EXTREMELY rude and mean and has made this process extremely difficult. I reported the broken furniture the day after the move and have yet to receive anything acknowledging the issue and when I call, I get sent to their answering service. Save your time and money and spend the extra $50 for a better company.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They took 6 hours to move a 3 bedroom house and broke a 6 month old UHDTV I paid $899 for. They offered me $12 in return. Never use these guys again

I just wanted to say that the entire experience with Invoke Moving was outstanding. The communication was excellent and the movers were the best. They were fast and efficient, careful with my items. I truly appreciate them and their work, they did an outstanding job and I could not be more happy with the move. I am completely satisfied and would recommend Invoke Moving above any other.

I left my email and information online at their site yesterday. No response it's 430. Guess they have enough business.
This is not a fake review. I contacted your company by email off of your site and no one responded. Many people do look at Yelp.
I contacted 3 moving companies and only one responded but they put the wrong move out date . When I contacted them about the change they did not respond back . I do have a company now for my move

This is the second time and second 5-star review I'm leaving these guys & girls. Both times my moves were efficient and affordable. Both times my crews moved quickly and carefully and spent no extra time that could have cost me more $ than what I expected or should have been needed. I've recommended and will continue to recommend them any chance I get.

Our lease ends in 2 years and I fully expect to be calling Invoke again. They have my trust with my home and there's not much that can replace that!

They had a very good special rate pricing. The movers were friendly and hard-working. They were willing to pickup furniture from two locations to move into my new house. I thought they did a really good job.

The only things I didn't like was (1) When offloading the boxes into the new house, they kept asking where to put the boxes and ended up stacking them all up in the dinning room (even though the boxes had locations written on them - ie. kitchen, bedroom, living room, etc).... and (2) One of the movers spent the last 30-minutes of the unloading process folding blankets in the truck, while the other finished unloading the last few boxes. They said that the folding of blankets used is a part of their time charged, if blankets were used on moving furniture. So the overall time spent took longer - which meant I was charged more.
