Awesome place, honest people, great prices... All included, clean rooms and access to elevator. This is a safe place and animal friendly as long as paperwork given for emotional support, PTSD, service animal etc. They have security cameras and take safety serious...

If I could give a negative -5 I would... We had been staying at the Sheridan location for a couple months now and my rent was due on Friday but I didn't have all of it until 6:40 and Megan ( general manager) whom I've never seen before, wasn't taking any form of payment after 6:30 and no cash after 5pm??? And we tried to fill out a paper in order to receive payment over the phone and filled it out 3 x and sent back and she said it was blank each time. So none the less my mom was waiting for the lady today at 11 am to hand her cash for our stay and she said since we stayed over night that she wasn't accepting any payment and that we needed out. I don't understand why? I have spent thousands of dollars at this hotel and to be treated like that? We never caused any trouble or anything I would take my kids to school each day and would go to work everyday and come back to cook shower and sleep. And repeat... My kids and I stayed there for like 9 months in 2020 with no issue either and then I had my caseworker call and see if she could help and she spoke with Melissa ( another general manager) and she said she's putting me on the no stay list now too. This is just ridiculous to be treated like that.

This is a low priced extended stay hotel that I'm quite impressed with. Do they have room service with Filet Minon bacon wrapped, no not exactly, but they have about 42 TV channels, clean rooms, nice area and a manager named Sean who will practically give you the shirt off his back. He is very customer friendly and has helped make my stay better and safe.
I would highly recommend this place for those who have limited funds but still want to have basic creature comforts.

This place would be better if they get rid of the orange night shift guy "bill. The staff and housekeeping are cool but that guy is just a plain Ahole. You lock yourself by accident it happens he suppose to be on call your out all night unless he just so happens to be off the MEDS and wanna do his job. His supervisors or owners need to send him to some ANGER MANAGEMENT classes. Your the guy that signed up for the job so do your job and quit being D!c.

I would give it 0 if that was an option. My boys and I checked into this hotel and the room smelled musty, stains on the bedspreads to the point we didn't change clothing and slept with our own blankets. There was screaming through the night . WiFi inaccessible, I stepped on broken glass that cut my foot open in the room! The air was of such poor quality I needed to get out just to breath . We booked 7 days but only stayed overnight leaving before dawn just to get fresh air. The voicemail for complaints is filled, front office said they don't do refunds and when I called back to make sure they knew my room was empty and to speak to the manager it's been busy ever since. We are now out over 400$ and had to find another place to stay. I will never book with them again, the monetary savings is not worth the health risk.

I sent my traveling manager here for a 7-day stay, paid in advance - when he arrived to his room he took pictures of roaches under the covers of the bed. I removed him immediately - we were not expecting the Taj Mahal, but bugs are not acceptable.

Courtney, the manager, responded that they are not cockroaches, they are bugs from the trees outside. She also checked with corporate and was denied a refund. I was given the number to corporate direct 800-769-1670 and am waiting for a response within 24-48 hours.

I will update my review when my response comes in - in the meantime, either have exceptionally low standards knowing that you will go up against a brick wall to get a refund or pay a couple of dollars more and go somewhere else.

      Nice staff. Clean room.

A few of the other guests were sketchy... There wasn't supposed to be smoking in the rooms but you could smell the weed when you'd be walking down the hall and once, during our one-week stay, the fire/smoke alarm was activated and we all had to go stand outside in the cold until the fire dept cleared the building. You could see smoke in the hall.. Never found out exactly what that was about but we figured somebody smoking in their room set something off.

And on our last night there was some kind of disturbance outside our door in the hall that involved a loudly crying woman and a couple of guys just as loudly telling her to shut up. And then the sounds of all the parties being made to leave. So there was drama but it was handled swiftly.

Over all a nice place to stay for a week or longer visit until you find more permanent lodging.. I definitely see myself staying at InTown Suites again--this one and/or others--Just I plan to steer clear of some of the guests.

Rude owners, workers/employees! Even the maid was extremely rude. The rooms are not worth what you pay for a week especially with the terrible service.

I have been here since June 23rd as I am out of town for work. About a week into my stay (June 28th or so) the air conditioner stopped working. I have made several phone calls as well as going to the office and no one will get this resolved, I am just getting blown off. I am paying over $400 per week working 60+ hours per week and I should be able to come back to get some sleep comfortably. I should receive a discount due to the inconvenience, and lack of customer service. Stay somewhere else if you can.

I'm not sure where to start-these aren't suites and they do a lot of things badly that would be easy to do well.

Only in the most marginal sense can you call these rooms suites in that there is a small area for the bed, a tiny table with two chairs in a corner that dominated by a very large TV screen, a small kitchen area with small "full-size" refrigerator, two electric burners, kitchen sink and small microwave and then the bathroom with an icky undersized sink. The furnishings are all very cheap and overall the room is very cramped. A large sign facing the highway declares "high-speed" leading to the impression that it's high-speed Internet but it isn't. It's genuinely low speed Internet- since they don't say what has high-speed I guess they aren't lying when it claims "high-speed". The rooms were superficially clean but we had to scrub the bathroom floor, the shower walls, fix the shelf in the kitchen area, etc. Make sure you check out the rooms before agreeing to one. The first two were even more depressing than the one we chose and had only a double bed, not a queen.

Surrounding every entrance were hundreds of cigarette butts even though there's a small covered smoking area in the parking lot. There's no recycling available nor are there trash cans outside the building, only a single dumpster.

These rooms could be a good deal for someone who briefly needs a place to stay while waiting for a house to be finished or something like that but I could do it so much better. It's mostly too late for this location but the rooms could be at least the size of a standard hotel room. The quality of the furniture could be at least that of a standard hotel. There's no comfortable seating so if it were even a suite like the major hotel chains offer in which there's an alcove with a couch and desk, they would be much improved. The dresser and nightstand aren't even IKEA standards-they're cheap particleboard (cheap, not even decent) with contact paper. The "closet" is Closet maid wire shelving in an undersized nook. There's only one of the lousy nightstands, woefully inadequate lighting and one mirror-that being in the bathroom. The room gets cleaned once a week when the staff comes in to vacuum and change the thin, ill fitting sheets for a fresh set. On check-in you're given a couple small, thin towels and told those are yours to keep. They aren't washed. We asked if we could just give them back.

We were staying there to get away from a stalker but we could get back to Boulder and pick up things to make ourselves more comfortable like more lighting, seat cushions, bedding and decent towels. We couldn't do anything about the horrid, depressing furniture and the Internet so slow that it was almost impossible to get anything done.

If you have to stay there for some reason, request a bed that has been "lofted". That way there will be room to stash things under the bed and get them out of your way. Bring what you can to make it less depressing. Don't plan to check out on a Sunday-the office isn't open then. When we realize that we hustled to get out of there before they closed on Saturday so we wouldn't be charged an extra day. They rent by the week but after that first week you can add single days.

After a week there we were thrilled to be able to get closer to home into a La Quinta.
