IHOP

First off it took us 15 minutes to sit down second it took us a hour to get our food not only that my omelette was ice cold and my girlfriends pancakes were not done at all and her 2 eggs and sausage with hashbrowns were Luke warm it's sad that the only thing hot was the toast service was good and her name was rachel but I do not recommend eating here u are better off cooking ur own breakfast

This IHop is a very good restaurant with good management ,Ms Spencer
I notice that the help on the floor and the kitchen has improved alot in the last few months.

I had a pickup order and it was not ready when i came at the given pick up time and no one even came out for the curbside pick up so I had to go inside and I left and came back and they did have my food, but it wasn't even correct.

My husband and I ate at IHOP today in Oxford and were definitely not very happy with the taste of our omelettes. But worst of all is the cleanliness! If you look above your head at the AC outlets, and they blow white cold; they are Filthy!!!!!! It is so dirty all around the air vents and ceiling, perhaps, I don't know for sure but could possibly be "Black Mold"! We didn't finish our meal because we felt uneasy with that dirt and possibly mold blowing all around. Health department should investigate to get them to clean it up!!! Service was extremely slow as well. Sorry to have to leave a negative review, but as a Consumer myself, I take reviews into account and wish one of us had checked the reviews on this IHOP location before we ate there.
I don't advise eating there.

The food was not that great, and the service was terrible didn't get our food until a little later some of the food was cold and undercooked. The place was very very very dirty and sticky everywhere. All they did was wipe down the table with the damp cloth.

We waited for 30 minutes after placing our order. We never received any food. Two other tables that we seated and ordered after us received their food. Had to chase the waitress down to get her to check on our order. She told us if we could wait 4 more minutes our food would be ready. Apparently she never turned our order. I will never set foot in this establishment again. The place has ripped seat cousins, dirty carpet on the floor and terrible service. We left without eating.

I haven't been to this particular IHOP in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised. You could tell they were understaffed but everyone seemed to be happy to be there. The wait was a little long, after all it was a Sunday. it was definitely worth the wait. The host was an older gentleman. I believe his name was Jason, the nicest host I've ever met! 4 stars IHOP. I don't know what you are doing , but keep it up.

first of all when you got in there it took about 25 minutes to get a seat. then our waitrer took 10 minutes to get our drinks. im literally no even lying it took 2 hours to get our stuff and it wasnt even all of it. a waiter told the person behind us that it would take an hour to get thier food and they left so fast. i really don't recommend ihop in oxford . idc if u have to drive 3 hours to go to a different. you should . it sucks dont go there. and not to metion half of the cooks left because they didnt wanna cook. i could write 70 paragraphs about this terrible place but i have one more thing to say, we ordered crepes and they came out looking foled and deformed and it was very soggy and destusting. and the inside had nothing in it honestly i would not even call it a crepe. i wouldnt wish my worst enemy tp go to this place. if you like . disgusting foods and if your really patient this is the place for you. this place was sad tbh. and i dont blame the cooks for leaving cause i wouldnt even wanna be in that environment.

The food was really good! I would definitely go back. Service, wasn't the best, but only because the receipt print wasn't working. Took a while to get our food. Other than that, I would totally recommend!

food was bad everything was dry and burnt. eggs were the only thing that was good. i have only been here twice and both times i've been disappointed.
