The front office staff never answers the phone. They significantly raise the rent every year. The have crazy rules like not being allowed to keep fans on the porch. The cut the chain on my son's bike at the bike rack and gave it away with no notice. The areas outside of the doors of the apartments are always stained and disgusting. The pool isn't kept very clean and the light in the pool has been unattached with wires showing for 2 years.

Lived here 2 years, walls are PAPER THIN. The price for this place is higher than necessary, because they have a community room, and pool, and gym, and tanning beds, make no mistake you PAY for those amenities. We used the pool a handful of times, we felt it wasn't cared for very well. As for it being a "gated" community, THAT is a laugh. Those gates are broken more often than working. Someone is ALWAYS running into them and then it takes 6 months for them to be repaired. I was not impressed enough to want to stay. BUT I did really like Christine & Jackie in the office, Christine at least acted like she was interested in your concern, as did Jackie, they always answered any questions or concerns we had honestly. We had an issue one time with the downstairs neighbor complaining we were "stomping" when we walked on our floors, and the office dealt with the issue. Overall the office staff I felt was very professional and personal be, But that doesn't make the apartments worth over $1,000.00 .. glad we're out.
