I hired them after seeing how efficient they were moving my friends to another state. They came on time, and were quick and efficient. They even helped my roommate move her stuff in after mine (prearranged but still nice of them). All of my items made it to my new home as is! I would definitely hire them for my next move.

Also I'd recommend getting a moving permit for the street you're moving from/ to regardless of who you hire for movers (speaking to other reviews)- that's the individual's (who is moving) responsibility, not the movers.

I was moving from Washington D.C. to Boston. Guys came on time, wrapped and packed everything in a timely manner. Delivery was as promised within 24 hours. Most affordable service I have ever had.

Nazar and Sammy did a wonderful job helping me move right after blizzard Juno. I have never seen such efficient and fast movers. InstaTrans communicated great during the day of the move giving me a call about an hour before the scheduled window letting me know when they expected to be there. They arrived right on time and worked fast and hard.... even with all of the snow on the ground. They finished quicker than their estimated time moving everything without harm.

I hate moving. Who actually doesn't. And it's expensive in Boston so one of my friend passed me a flyer from this moving company. And I have to tell the truth price just bought me. I call them to double check the pricing and if they available on weekends and the agent was very helpful. He explained me different options and based on the info that I provide me gave me a quote. So they charge $70 per hour and I chose 2 movers and 16 feet truck to move one bedroom apartment. They told me it would take like around 5 hours that include time that movers spend getting to your place and time that they spend do deliver your furniture to new address.
I really enjoy choosing this company as the guys show up in time. They were quick and careful with my stuff. I had some last minute packing and they help me with that as well. I was really afraid that we will have hard time of getting out and in my huge couch as I had very bad experience previously. But they got a trick and where able to move my couch true window. I would never have thought that it could be done that way.
As a result my furniture was delivered safe, no damage and it took them only 4 hours to do that . Which is great as I know if you pay movers per hour for some reason they moving furniture pretty slow but this guys were amazing, made my moving experience so much better.

Nazar and crew did a great job on my move from Providence to D.C. Nazar gave me a quick, fair, flat rate quote on the phone. He and his guys showed up ontime on move-out day, and worked hard and fast to load the truck. Instatrans was able to store my belongings for a week in Boston while I looked for a place in D.C. Then, when I found something, we were able to schedule a delivery within a day or two. This was really above and beyond. Moving-in went well too; stuff had been stored safely and arrived clean and intact.

Would definitely recommend for a reliable, efficient, and reasonably priced interstate move.

​These guys were the cheapest moving company in the Boston area, and you get what you pay for.

I recently moved from a 1 bedroom Somerville to a 1 bedroom apartment in the South End. I got a quote for 2 guys and a 16 foot truck -- all I need them to take care of was a couch, a queen sized bed, a dresser, and a few odds and ends. I told them ahead of time it would be a very small move. I scheduled for 1pm on a Tuesday. The movers show up in the biggest moving van I've ever seen in my life. The thing had to be at least 24 feet long, and triple the size I needed to move my 1 bedroom apartment. They assured me that they'd be able to park at the destination and got to work.

They did fine loading up. Everything was in the van within an hour and we headed to the South End. The guys spent about an hour unsuccessfully attempting to park the moving van. They start picking fights with people trying to pass them on the street, yelling that they "didn't know how to drive" if they couldn't get through the 5 foot space they left in the road. Not knowing what to do, I headed into my apartment and waited in my apartment for the guys to come up with some furniture for over an hour. Nothing. I finally venture back outside to see what's going on.

Everything I own is sitting on the side of the road in the rain. No moving van, no movers. They took all of my stuff out and just left because they weren't able to park the truck. In a panic I call them to find out what the deal is. They pick up and say they're parking the van and they would be back in 30 minutes. Are you kidding me?

Finally they return. It takes them another 3 hours to get my furniture in. They scratched every surface they passed leaving huge scrapes and marks all over the hallways. They forgot the screws for my bedframe in the van and they took another HOUR to go get it. One of them comes back, sets up half my bed, and says he has to go.

This experience was a total joke. Took these idiots 7 hours to move furniture into a 1 bedroom apartment 15 minutes from the original location. Take your business elsewhere.

Insta Trans was 15 minutes early for me. They were thorough and clear with the rates. They offered packaging at no cost.

It took 3 hours total to wrap my furniture, move down 2 level, to the truck, travel 40 miles and unload up to 3 levels. And no scratches.

I will vouch for Insta Trans. Pricing is very beyond superior. Excellent Customer Service.
