Cornel C.Kansas City, MO475Apr 13, 2016The company does not own up to dishonest sales tactic. Sales person stopped by and offered me a discount for a one-time treatment. I agreed to it as he told me "cancel any time - no problem". Well, he didn't mention that the company expects you to buy 4 more treatment at full price. Since I didn't need further treatment, I attempted to cancel my service, but the company wanted to charge me around $400 for "getting out of contract early". So much for being neighbourly.
As for service, they showed up while I was on vacation w/o giving me a chance to confirm/change the appointment. Since I wasn't home I couldn't actually verify that I had a treatment, but I did pay for it.

Hopefully see a reduction in our mice, ants, and spiders. . . I called around and they seemed to be less expensive than others. The other service we were considering offered an option to get rid of mice where they would leave the home first and then die outside the home. With Insignt they set traps, which is less than ideal because we will have to dispose of them ourselves. which i am not super excited about. and I also feel it might be less effective. I wish I would have thought to ask about this before we scheduled our appointment. other than that no complaints

Our technician Caleb was professional, courteous, knowledgable and hard working. He arrived on time as scheduled. He explained why our problem was occurring and what he was doing to remedy the situation. He performed a thorough service. I am confident that our problem was fixed. I hope Caleb stays on our route. I would recommend Caleb and Insight Pest Solutions every time.

Why do you lie saying that you are checking up with customers on my block. Going door to door in a non soliciting neighborhood. When I informed him about the signs when he pulls into the neighborhood, he told me I need to learn what soliciting was. Stop sending your sales kids to my neighborhood.

I can't say enough about our wonderful technician who came to our home yesterday. He was very thorough and repeatedly asked us if we had any questions about product or concerns. He also assisted with mice in the garage and gave us specific instructions. Would love to have him as our regular technician.
