Infinity Laser Spa

I am not new to laser hair removal, and while I was searching online, I came across a Groupon that I could not pass up. I immediately made the purchase and I called the next day to set an appointment.

The commute was fairly easy, I took the 3 train and then a six min walk. The location is near 34th St., which I loved because I got to browse around afterwards lol.

Upon entering, it wasn't too pleasant it honestly looked kind of scary walking in the building until I asked the elevator man where to go, and he directed me to the elevator to the second floor. When I got upstairs, the establishment was nice, clean and spacious.

When I checked in I was told by the front desk lady that there was going to be a one time charge of $10 with my Groupon voucher. I paid and then waited less than five minutes to be seen. My laser tech was super friendly and sweet. I believe her name is Alexandria if I am not mistaken and she was very knowledgeable. She asked me if I had any questions to make sure I was good before we proceeded. It literally took five minutes for my underarms.

Absolutely best price in town. I got their package for Unlimited laser and I'm very pleased with the results.

Service is not that great specially the one who pick up the phone .

UPDATE: 1 year after starting treatment, 4 months after our final sessions, neither my partner nor I feel the laser treatments made much of a difference. Some areas are a bit patchier than they were a year ago, some hairs are lighter, but in general no effect. Not worth the hassle, the pain, or even the Groupon rate. Avoid this place!

Arrived, checked in with a groupon and the laser tech called me in soon after. It is clean and well maintained. My laser tech was efficient and quick. She made sure I was ready. She also asked if I felt the pinch. If I didn't she adjusted the heat/laser rays accordingly. The restroom is also clean. Looking forward to my remaining sessions.

FYI: Not open on Saturdays

Got laser treatment for two different areas and am seeing different results. You do get a free session for writing a 5 star review so not all of these reviews are reliable.

Legs: 4/5 stars. The hair is more coarse so the machine was able to get rid of most of it, with some light hairs coming back after 8 sessions.

Arms and hands: 1/5 stars. I did 8 sessions and am seeing no difference in results after the 8 sessions were over. I ended up buying another 8 sessions for my hands and will update my review if I see better results.

This all is after coming here for a year after the Groupon.

Two stars because the girls are super nice and helpful but that's about it. I did 8sessions and the results are minimal, when doing the Brazilian they focus a lot more on the top than the entire area and now I'm left with weird patches of hair. I finished the year and decided to go elsewhere for that reason. There's no way the results are so uneven but each girl does it differently so there's never consistency.

Heads-up, this place has a lot of incentivized reviews. Service is fine but scheduling needs major improvement.

It's not super friendly but they get you in and out and the outcome seems decent thus far. Groupon deal is a good value, and will see if the results last.

However, I need to dock two stars because their scheduling system is an inefficient nightmare. They have two phone numbers but nobody answers. You have to email them for an appointment.

Not sure why you can't just schedule online and see the availability calendar like a lot of business do now.

Instead, you email back and forth endlessly with one of their schedulers who keeps putting you on for a time you already said does not work.

Why the back and forth? Couldn't they even just send you multiple available times and let you choose? It would definitely improve the customer experience and probably be less of a PIA for their employees too.

I am totally satisfied with the way this company conducts business. I had an issue with my a package I purchased and Ms Nini, the Manager, help resolved the issue in the most compassionate and professional way.

As for my laser hair removal procedure, I was definitely pleased. Ms Jayme, the technician that performed this procedure was very knowledgeable in her craft, had great customer service skills and did a very detailed job. Also, very professional and articulated what to expect and the aftercare process.

I would highly recommend Infinity laser Spa.

The space is very clean. All the technicians are very professional and know what they are doing. I am already seeing the results.
