In-N-Out Burger

It's been a while stopped by with my Service Animal. Placed our order and asked if she could bring it out

A short time later she brought out our order

Order was cooked as requested and tasted great. She even brought ketchup for the fries

Great food and even better service

Went to this location around 11:45pm yesterday, and got home and started eating, only to notice a long blonde hair in my animal fries! Disgusting, wasn't even hungry anymore. Finding hair in my food is one of my biggest fears! If you eat at this location, just be cautious.

Other than that, team members were nice as always, and the food was great before finding that hair :(

Delicious every single time!! This time I tried my double double with buns instead of protein style. My husband ordered the grilled cheese off the secret menu. Animal fried which I usually hate were better than I remember this time :) And black and white milkshakes are a must order!!

One of the things I love about In-N-Out is how they never bat an eyelash when you ask for things that other burger drive-thru locations would double-take about (e.g. root beer floats or grilled onions as a topping). Even though I was here at lunchtime on a Saturday, the team kept us moving quickly and I don't think we waited more than ten minutes from order placed to driving away.

In-N-Out is always gonna be 5 stars for me, no matter the location. Their staff are always super friendly and polite, the lines move quickly, the call your number loudly and clearly, and you always see them cleaning. They have my favorite fast food fries of any franchise and I love their burgers. As far as ambiance- it's still a fast food joint. These are cushy comfortable booths but they're clean. It's very white and bright inside but it's always welcoming.

Visiting from Florida - the reputation was known in advance, but had never been to any locations until around 8/14/2023. The food was exceptionally fresh and makes "The Golden Arches" in the dustbin of history (along with their surly, unwelcoming unpleasant staff at Mickey D's).
Dining (first experience of two so far) was great - clean, with a great counter server (Nick) - friendly, helpful, I was not familiar with menu style. Very tasty for sure. Second visit was a day later with my wife; she wanted the same, but with the grilled onions. Both our burgers were fine but the staff left off onions. I asked the follow at the counter, and he promptly submitted an order with grilled onions. Unfortunately, we were there at dinner time. The store was crowded with dozens of 3 and 4 year olds, barefoot, and as noisy as a Texas Roadhouse. That aside, fun, delicious, pleasant, 100% recommended.

Family owned for over 75 years and amazingly customer oriented with top quality food, amazingly clean facilities and top notch friendly staff and service.
Truly a #1 business model for ALL retail customer service businesses.

Never knew this, but noticed while waiting in line on a rainy day. What a nice treat to offer any kids in the car a hot chocolate on a rainy day!
Fast and friendly service.
