Beware of Unenrollment Hassles at this Martial Arts Establishment

I want to share my experience with unenrolling my children from a martial arts class, where the teaching quality was commendable, but the unenrollment process was riddled with shady practices.

Initially, I had no complaints about the teaching itself. The instructor was kind, attentive, and my kids thoroughly enjoyed their time there. However, as their school days grew longer and more exhausting, we made the decision to unenroll them.

Here's where the trouble began. The contract demanded a 30-day notice period, which I promptly adhered to. However, the process of notifying the facility was needlessly complicated. The only contact option provided was a remote phone number, making it impossible to reach the actual facility directly.

After delving into the contract details, I discovered that email notifications weren't acceptable. Instead, the facility required notifications to be sent via certified mail. In an age where digital communication is prevalent, this requirement felt archaic and inconvenient.

Despite following the prescribed procedure and sending a registered email, I continued to be charged every month. This appeared to be a deliberate attempt to exploit loopholes and extract money unethically.

Navigating this situation has been frustrating, and I'm currently working to resolve it. In the meantime, I feel compelled to warn others about these deceptive tactics. Before considering this establishment, potential customers should be aware of the hurdles they might encounter during the unenrollment process.

In conclusion, while the teaching quality may be satisfactory, the unenrollment procedures cast a shadow over the overall experience. Proceed with caution when choosing this establishment for business.

I joined their 3 months bootcamp and i couldn't complete the programme. After 3 months, they kept charge me $59 a month. When i asked them, they told me that the programme is for a year and i already signed and can't cancel. It's been more than a year and they still charge $59 a month. I'm trying to reach someone but nobody answer the phone! Don't believe them!

Absolutely the best! I have had my 6 year old daughter in numerous different types of classes/activities.... dance, soccer, cheerleading, swimming, etc. She has a short attention span and is easily bored. She is usually the child in the class that is distracting all of the other kids from what is being taught.

Not here! Greg Fisher is an awesome teacher. He has tons of patience, yet he expects and yields respect and good behavior from the students. He is super high energy and keeps the kids engaged. This is truly someone who is doing what he is meant to do.

We love Impact Martial Arts and can't recommend it more!

Mr. Fisher is amazing. My ADHD daughter is in his Little Dragon class and he is so patient with the littles. She loves coming and whether she knows it or not is learning patience and discipline. He is very good at teaching the littles both, along with TKD. I'm very happy we chose his studio.

My 4 year old daughter loves the class, instructors have lots of patience with kids. Few weeks ago the school organized a picnic where kids interacted with each other, that's a plus!
