Kephra.! Outstanding. He was good from the start. Kephra was at the door as I went in. I love how each associate wore the bracelets themselves.! Melinie assisted me on Saturday. She was also a huge help and a pleasure to check out with. Kephra (I know I am mis spelling their names) had me adding onto my purchase with the "all you need to do is spend fifty more"...... and I did. On Sunday I went in for another nearly $300 purchase. With Vanessa. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and to the point. Again all three of your associates were GREAT.!!!

I had an incredibly poor experience at this location. During my first visit, despite there being just one other customer, no one was available to assist us at the engraving station. We proceeded on our own, only to discover after 20 minutes of creating our designs that the machine was out of order.
On our second visit, we arrived right at the opening and confirmed that the machine was operational (though it was missing the stylus), and a gentleman came over to turn it on. We created three necklaces, during which time, he left the store to get himself a tea.
We asked another staff member for help sending the designs to print. She began assisting us but then took a phone call, and upon returning, couldn't find the right charms. Eventually, she sent it to print on the wrong charms, which didn't fit our design. After about thirty minutes of this, we left.

This is one of the worst Pandora locations ever. I made a purchase online and picked it up at this location three times in the past month, and every single time, it was unpleasant. The staff was so rude and unprofessional. My purchases are always over $1000, and it's really unacceptable for the staff to raise their voice just because I question something that was stated differently on their website or advised different by their online agents.
Also, since they take very long breaks, be prepared to stand in line and wait for each group to take at least 15-20 minutes, which can take up to an hour for you to get in. I don't understand why there are 3 staff members in every shift, but only one person working, while other 2 are taking breaks.
During my last visit, I had made a purchase for pickup. To ensure they had two different bracelet sizes, I ordered both with the intention of picking up only one and mixing it with a few different charms I had in the same order. However, after trying to return one of the bracelets, staff member that was handling my order did not let me return the bracelet that didn't fit, stating that I had to wait 24 hours after purchasing to return the item. When I mentioned that, in that case, we should be fine, since it had been over 24 hours I actually made this order, and that I had already been charged, she said it was impossible that I was charged, even though I showed her my credit card statement where the payment was clearly processed.
Not wanting to argue with her, since it seemed like it was not her day, while screaming at me and handing me card to call customer service, I went online and started a return myself, and then came back. Even after having an obvious accepted return email , she still did not want to accept the return, and requested that I come back tomorrow ( and wait another hour to get in??). Rude, unknowledgeable, and unprofessional.
I will take my business to a different location and will not be coming back to this Pandora store again. People listen to this message !! I'm not lying , don't buy anything from pandora jewelry . Workers don't tell you the exact information . It was my first time buying a ring here and I asked them if there anything I shouldn't do . They said just wash your hands with water and soap that's it . So that's exactly what I did. Lies lies lies , that S H I T changed color that same day BS . I went The days after to see if I can atleast exchange it and the african American manager said no that it was already tarnished . By the way he was rude very bad customer service . Culver City location by the way . F*** this place .

I have owned Pandora jewelry for several years and went to the store to purchase a gift for my daughter and had my bracelet cleaned. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. After looking at many choices, I eventually purchased the beautiful queen & crown charm.

I needed to get my bracelet cleaned and they weren't providing cleaning services on this day. However, Kefra made an accommodation to assist me. Lucy and Katie were also helpful while all this was taking place. I will be the first to say that this store is not my fave but their personalities and great customer service is the reason for this review. Great customer service can really change the experience!

I buy my ring in May but by August was turning like grayish..I don't recommend this place to get a ring ..My ring with tax was like $180..I regret buying my ring in this place when I coulded buy on 6 on Broadway..I just came in today and they just clean my ring and couldn't do nothing about it...

This place has the worst customer service. I love the jewelry but I will never go back. I took my bracelet back for a refund. They never credit my money. So be careful when you return something. I spoke to the manager/ some employees and no one can help me. So I lost my refund.

The customer service. Is horrible. I don't think that associate know the returned policy themselves. When on the receipt and website states that you have 30 days from the purchase to return. I was not trying to return. I wanted to exchange for a bigger size. The associate and manger on duty weren't helpful at all.

Went in today to buy some earrings for my friend for Christmas and I'm always reminded why I don't like this store. The new girl was more willing to help me than the manger herself and one other associate. When I asked the new girl to look at earrings she was so sweet but the other associate rudely butted into our conversation and said "that's all we have" when NO ONE WAS TALKING TO HER and she didn't even assist me. Again new girl super sweet but the other two girls that let two other ladies cut in front of me rude asf!
