We stopped here for breakfast around 9am on a Sunday. This place was packed. Super busy, staffs were hustling to reach every table and quickly a line was forming behind us. Around 10 mins later they gave us a booth at the far side of the restaurant.
A guy named Robert helped us that day. He took our order, served our coffee to start with. The food arrived promptly later. Service was good. the staffs were friendly. Robert was super cool and really helpful. He came back multiple times to ensure everything was fine.
Coming to the food, we ordered waffles, Strawberry pancake and protein powder pancake. Waffle was good, it was fluffy and delicious. Butt he pancakes didn't have the charm of typical IHOP. Was a little disappointed with the food.
Service was great, food was ok. Not sure whether I will go back there, especially due to the location.Helpful 10Thanks 0Love this 6Oh no 0 - Ron S.Issaquah, WA3220333Feb 29, 2024
I was craving Sailsbury Steak that I had sometimes as a child. Sometimes it was a frozen meal but I looked at those in the store's freezer section but did not look delicious at all. I order Salisbury Steak to go with mashed potatoes with skin inside and Mac and cheese. Usually, I order salad as a side but decided to have Mac and cheese instead. It satisfied my craving. They were not that busy and food came out quickly.

My family and I went to iHop to celebrate my son's 10th birthday with his grandma and we had a good time together. We pretty much had the place to ourselves on a Sunday night (February 26, 2023). The food was what is to be expected from iHop diner food. I was very pleased to see vegan options on the menu. I ordered some Impossible Sausage and broccoli. My son ordered the cupcake pancakes and was a bit underwhelmed by them, to be honest. Service was rather slow but but to be fair, there seemed to be staffing shortage. Our server was kind and pleasant. My elderly mother-in-law kept saying how cold she was and how drafty this place was. I was able to get them to increase the room temperature to make it more comfortable for her, thankfully.

Service was good came in the door and was sat within 15 mins which is good considering it's a Sunday morning and there's was a lot of people. Got sat guy came out took our drink and food order waited about 20 mins and our food came out. So far so good however my crepes were very under cooked and after our food arrived we had to wave down someone to get our check out. Our waiter dropped off our food and wasn't seen again. After all the waiting for our check the and the under cooked food all the manager did was send someone out saying they took $3 off a meal I didn't eat. The manager could've at least come out and apologized. I'm from outta town but I was hoping for a little better service.

First time at IHOP in Issaquah, wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. The place was dirty and smelly, kids chicken was overcooked and so crispy the kids could barely take a bite. I order the Turkey melt which is supposed to come with 3 or 4 cheeses, there was barely any cheese and very bland.

Infestation of flies made the meal unenjoyable. Restaurant needs a good scrubbing. Staff and management was friendly and answered all questions
Due to location I most likely will not be backHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jesse S.Tacoma, WA1511Dec 30, 2023

The place was empty and the service was terrible. The food my wife and I both had to send our food back because it came out cold. Cold omelette is disgusting. Waffles were also ice cold. Terrible terrible experience. Only visiting but would never go to another ihop again.

Well after 30mins waiting and no water or anything. They said they forgot to put the order and ask us to reorder again. He calmed that "it was a busy night" but the truth was it only has 3 tables guests.
I guess the only busy stuff was he put ice into cups with bare hands one by one and said "enjoy" to every elder guestsHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Linda B.Gainesville, FL67Sep 24, 2023
I stopped in at 10:00 Sunday, knowing that the place was going to get crazy. I was seated in a booth by myself, and Service was excellent. I got the milk for my coffee I requested and my breakfast arrived promptly. I watched the entire IHOP team hustle to seat and serve customers. Babies were crying, etc, but the service was prompt and professional. Food was well prepared. My server brought me my check and said, no rush. I will definitely come back!
