I Do Bridal

I had a good experience here. The lady was nice, attentive, and answered all my questions. Since they are popular they can be booked back to back with appointments, which is obviously good for them, but not as good for the shopper. I only had time to try on 3 dresses and my 3 bridesmaids tried on a couple bridesmaid dresses, then we had to leave because there was another appointment after us, which is understandable. It was even in the middle of the week, so that didn't even make a difference, they were still busy. I ended up buying my dress at a different bridal store that welcomed me to stay as long as I wanted, no appointment needed, to try on dresses.

I flew in from AZ, I was hopeful this bridal shop would have "the one". It was my first time shopping & I had the most fun experience finding my wedding dress earlier this month. They truly have every dress you could imagine. I want to give another special thanks to Kaely. She absolutely made the day magical and helped me say YES to the dress. I never felt rushed. She valued my feedback and brought me things I may not have picked on my own. She was so kind to all of us (I brought a party ) and made them all feel welcomed & special. I would recommend I Do Bridal and the entire team to every bride wanting to experience finding a wedding day outfit!

From the minute I walked in I felt so comfortable here. The staff greeted me immediately and Cait who was going to be helping me was right there ready to go. She showed us to the room and had dresses already pulled from the ones I had picked on their website ahead of time. She had really listened to me about my insecurities when we had spoken on the phone and didn't pick anything that wasn't in my budget or comfort level. My mom can be difficult sometimes and she was tired and frustrated from the previous stores we went to and not in the best mood. Within the first few dresses all that melted away and Cait joked around with us and put us at ease. She found me the perfect dress and put no pressure on me whatsoever to buy it that day. She walked away and gave us time to talk alone which helped with my anxiety about the decision. I got to take the dress home with me that day and have been waiting to write this review for a long time! My wedding was beautiful and I felt so comfortable in my dress and thought of Cait and that special moment that she created for my mom and I. It is something I will always cherish and did not expect to happen. Thank you!

My friend got married and we came here in search of bridesmaids dresses. They were super friendly on the phone when we made the appointment and the service when we got there was more than you could ever expect when going dress shopping. I loved how easy it was to see all of the dresses organized by color and don't even get me started with how impressed I was with the curtain in the round dressing areas! I loved how spacious the fitting room areas were and that other guests had room to sit in comfy chairs while they waited for you to try things on and then switch places.

I highly recommend giving your business to this team of professionals as they will not steer you astray! We didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable for one second while we were here - which cannot be said across the board for shops in this particular industry.

Years ago when I was going to get married I used this company and they gave great customer service.
This last week I called with a few questions about a dress they pulled in their window. They have been great and positive experiences every time I work with them. Haven't purchased a dress yet but look forward to doing it with them someday.

I see they have pushed down my review, so I will rewrite it. We went there helping my daughter look for a dress, (its a very emotional visit and energy is high) within 2 hours or less of finding what she thought was the dress, she called, emailed and texted asking to cancel the order. They said they would contact the designer to see what they could do (which they probably did'nt and made an excuse they cant cancel) they still had'nt even started the dress by this point!!!! Very selfish, read the small print before you sign and pay them (They went over the bill , payment etc, but don't mention you cannot cancel with in a reasonable amount of time and don't even leave a window of grace period. Not a good experience, they were not transparent when discussing the full term, I was there and she didnt say anything about thier policy. too bad

I cannot give enough stars!! We had an appointment on Friday (1/22/2021) afternoon and never once felt rushed, pressured, or judged in any way. Jennifer was absolutely amazing and exceeded all my expectations! She was so professional even when I was 90% naked LOL, and was so much fun every step of the way. She helped me pick out the perfect hairpiece for my wedding day, and we even ordered my reception dress! I had so much fun and I can't wait to see her again to pick up my orders!

Amazing experience. Gorgeous store and very helpful staff. I highly recommend coming here. I will be referring everyone to I Do bridal!

I highly recommend this bridal shop to anyone and everyone! If you're looking for a great experience and a great team you WANT to go here! Bridget was amazing and knew EXACTLY what she was doing. She chose dresses for me that I wouldn't expect to chose myself but ended up buying the perfect one all from her recommendation. I loved my experience and highly recommend seeing these ladies!!

From start to finish my experience here was terrible. And it very literally only lasted 12 minutes. I wish I were exaggerating, but I'm not. We were in the store for exactly 12 minutes.

I'm a first time bride and I've literally never tried on a wedding dress in my life. This experience is what so many women talk about. They remember the women that helped them envision themselves as brides and who took the time to bring over the perfect veil, or to pin back a sleeve for the perfect silhouette. I did not get that here. I didn't even feel like I had made an appointment and driven over an hour just to be there.

From the moment I walked in I felt put off, as if the girl who was helping me couldn't get within a two foot radius of me. She didn't pull gowns off the rack, or offer suggestions. She didn't help me into my dresses, or zip me up. I had to ask my partner to come help me. She didn't offer options or even bother to ask questions about me or what I wanted or my wedding. Nothing. I was as left in the dark as I would have been shopping online. She acted as if touching me or anything I touched would kill her.

Was it because I'm gay? Was it because I'm not white? Was it because I'm fat? I can only assume it's one of these three things considering the other bride in the shop was everything opposite of me, and despite having another person helping her already, the girl helping me expressed great interest and knowledge of her wedding, while I struggled to get zipped up by my partner and wasn't asked so much as a "how's your day going?"

I left almost in tears because it was that unpleasant of an experience, one I had been looking forward to.

I followed that appointment at another boutique bridal shop of the same size, where the single clerk working spent a full hour with me, pulling dresses, helping me into them, bringing over sashes and veils and advising me of all the options available so that I could find (or make) my perfect dress. She was kind, compassionate, and engaged in conversation with me, which was 100% more than I received at my appointment with you guys.

Despite the fact that I'll be spending nearly 4 times the cost on my dress from this second shop than I would have from I Do Bridal Too, I would do it over in a heart beat because the single hour I spent there made me feel like a BRIDE. I was smiling ear to ear. I felt wanted there. I felt like a human being.

I will never go back to your store, nor will I recommend it.

My daughter found the perfect dress. Mary was fantastic. She was friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. The whole staff was welcoming. The prices were reasonable and the selection was huge. I would highly recommend this store.
