I Am Wonderful Health Food Store

I like the personal service I get at this family owned health food and health products store. I would recommend them!! I've been coming for years and have never had a bad experience.

Today, Saturday 02/22/2020 finally visited I Am Wonderful.

I was patronizing Island Spice a couple of weeks ago and a customer in there recommended I come to this vitamin/ herb shop because I was sick and she had bought an elderberry product from here that she said worked for her.

Well I did not immediately visit as I should. I continued to rely on prescriptions and over the counter medicines. Not to mention that I kept missing opportunity to visit due to the hours of the store.

So here I am about 2 weeks later and at 5:42 p.m. a light bulb clicked and said go to this herbal Shop. Sooo, being that I almost missed it again I sped to the store and made it at 5:56 p.m.

YES, I just did make it!

Amy was very helpful. I told her why i visited and then i asked if she had anything for heart condition. I told her what was happening, because most people don't know the medical term. But to my surepise she did without me telling her. She made a couple recommendations.

While i went in for 1 item, i walked out with several.

Now some of the pricing was reasonable and competitive. But there were a few products i thought the mark-up was a bit high. But i do understand the nature of the business. Therefore I will have this store for certain items and my other specialty store for others.

Pretty good, just dont offer everything you might be looking for. Also, prices are high.

Love this place! Was referred to it by my massage therapist and Chiropractor. They have a nice selection of product and the woman that helped me was very knowledgeable and so polite. Definitely recommend it for all of your alternative needs!

Rude owner and horrible customer service! There's no need to reply with I'm sorry you didn't get this service you want and blah, blah, blah. When I requested you to call me you acted like you had no idea why I was calling (you were confused you said) but yet knew the details of the incident in your store. You called with an attitude and followed up with a snide we'll keep your mom in our prayers. We'll keep praying and take our business elsewhere.

The service from the owner was rude. I normally go to the Herb Store in Hiram but this occassion they did not have the product I was looking for. So, therefore I went to I am Wonderful. The owner did not greet me when I entered the store. When she asked if I needed help it was as though I was a bothered. I will not visit her store again.
