Andrew Decker is amazing! I drive 40 minutes each way just to have him as my primary. My kids and I all really like his style. He's personable, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, sympathetic, explains things well, is conservative in his treatment plans (I love that he's minimizing my side effects!), was flexible with what I requested, and took time to really understand my health issue. One that no other doctors have been able to diagnose and treat.
We consider ourselves fortunate to have found him!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Amanda B.Salt Lake City, UT36Nov 25, 2023
I see both ends of this practice I am a pt. of Elyse Lake she has always been amazing with me. I also do scheduling through a hospital as a MA and see what the deal with on the other side of the medical scene. I appreciate that she always tries to do her best. I do hope that the new staff catches on fast only lately has it been a little confusing to deal with them on both sides of the fence. Unfortunately for me after going to her for years for breathing problems I learned that I have a Lung Nodule and she could have caught this earlier with Just a High Resolution CT scan, as well as a high High Asthma allergic reactions to my own body. I will be going to another Dr. Just to be safe.

AVOID ANDREW DECKER: I never leave reviews cause I believe everyone has their own experiences... but I have never had an interaction with a health care PROFESSIONAL that was so caustic and abusive. Do not go here for a medical cannabis card. I went in for what I thought would be a routine yearly renewal of my card, and was met with the most disgusting and inappropriate doctor, whose attitude would be out of place even at a dollar general. As a patient that has found relief from my symptoms with medical cannabis, I will never go back to this clinic, and will actively promote other clinics for cannabis patients.

I've been going here for 5 years and now they've finally got the best FNP THERE IS! Erin Wice is hands down the most knowledgeable and best Dr I've ever seen here. If she leaves I will follow. She doesn't look at me like I'm crazy and actually takes the time to listen to what I'm saying instead of treating me like a number! I'd give more than 5 stars if it were possible!!

I have been coming here for years. The staff is nice they can normal see me but lately I can't get them to do anything. I came in for a workmans comp claim. The doc didn't sign off on it so workmans comp denied the claim. So I go back to the doc and ask them to sign it. They tell me sure... on tuesday. I follow up and he didn't sign it. So I call again. Nope nothing. Then I get sick. They see me great. They forgot to call in my prescription... for days... I called and reminded them. They still took a whole extra day... so I try to have them sign the paper while I'm there. Makes sense right one stupid signature. They tell me wait one second. They close the office and go to lunch. I waited two hours. They just left. So now I'm mad. I go to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription and guess what. They just didn't do it again. These guys are super nice but they can't follow through to save their life.
I just came in again because I am having panic attacks and I believe high blood pressure is a factor. They checked me for covid and sent me home. I called them from the parking lot and explained that I really did need to have my blood pressure taken and they told me that my provider has already seen me and would not actually address the issue I came In for.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1Feb 9, 2018Previous reviewLately the trend in doctors offices is to overbook every day so you end up waiting a week to see the doctor. You end up getting better before your appointment date. These guys are not like this at all. I can almost always get in same day and see a provider. They are usually fast and friendly. I have been going here since I was a child. They don't refuse to give you antibiotics. They seem to lean a little towards throwing them at everyone that comes in. I have mixed feelings on this but when I have strep and my kids are showing the same symptoms and the other guys are telling me that they will just get over it since the strep test that takes a minimum of five minutes came back negative instantly I prefer a doctor that will take care of me rather than doing a strep test and sending me on my way. My provider is nice and I recommend these guys.

Been going here for years! All of the staff is right on top of things and can get you in and out with ease. Most of the doctors are kind, courteous and absolutely professional. A great choice for you and your family.

Jordan Meadows is fabulous! The patient care is exceptional and they truly care about each patient who comes in. John is especially thorough and listens to concerns and answers questions. He is a very good teacher and wants to help patients reach their individual goals. I always look forward to seeing Star and Melissa, they are so friendly and efficient. I would recommend Jordan Meadows to anyone, I always have a positive experience at Jordan Meadows.
