Wasted time and money and wish I went elsewhere. If you want to spend insane $$$ and have to ask specific questions multiple times via email and voicemail, and not have your emails or calls returned for days (or more often never) by your IVF coordinator who let you wait long weekends for high stakes test results and information TWICE because she "forgot" and you have to be the one on her tail for basic info, and then get attitude from the finance person who was the one who actually made a mistake, this is the place for you.

My very brief interactions with Dr. Boonstanfar and his associates were great, but the office is managed poorly and felt brushed off like cattle after multiple treatments didn't work. On a soul level that was gross and disheartening and I've found a better practice since who's staff are compassionate and aware of how taxing and costly fertility treatments can be, and they show up to ensure I'm looped in and taken care of. How refreshing. I hope HRC gets their acts together - I'm sure they've helped plenty of people but personally am very disappointed.

Coming to HRC was the best decision we have ever made, they took such good care of us throughout the whole fertility experience. Working with Dr. Boostanfar, Dr. Wendy Shubin, and Sophie (IVF Coordinator) was one of the best experiences of our lives.

They made our dreams come true and were always there for us throughout the entire journey. They were patient with all of our questions, explained everything thoroughly, and made us feel like family, which is so important on the road to starting a family of our own.

We could not be happier and we are now 12 weeks pregnant! My wife and I are overjoyed, especially through the holidays, thanks to the HRC Encino team. We will miss our fertility family so much until we are ready for our second baby! Until then, we can't wait for first so we can start our family...all thanks to this kind, caring, and knowledgeable team.

Dr. Irene Woo leaves much to be desired in terms of professionalism and medical expertise. The entire staff is friendly and everyone there has such a positive attitude. I felt very safe under the care of Dr. Woo.

My experience at HRC Encino under the care of Dr. Boostanfar and Wendy Shubin exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped into their office, I knew I was in capable hands.

Dr. Boostanfar's expertise and compassion were evident throughout my journey. He took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of my treatment and addressed all of my concerns with patience and understanding. His dedication to his patients is truly commendable.

Wendy Shubin, along with the rest of the staff, ensured that my experience at HRC Encino was seamless. As my coordinator, Wendy provided exceptional support, maintaining open communication and keeping everything organized. Her attention to detail and genuine care for patients made a significant difference during what could have been a stressful process.

Had a very bad experience with this clinic. Their first priority is money, NOT YOU, NOR YOUR BABIES.. Highly recommend to stay away from this clinic!!!!!!
They won't even release my medical records because I have an outstanding balance..

I went to HRC Encino for an egg freezing consult on 11/28. I wanted to take advantage of the "35 Year Anniversary Egg Freezing Campaign" that they promoted. To qualify, patients must be under 38 years old, under 40 BMI, and have an AMH value of greater than 2 OR 10 follicles present, so I paid an extra $190 for the AMH lab work at HRC's in-house lab. I had recent bloodwork showing an AMH of 2.44, so I was not concerned about qualifying for the more than 50% discount offered for their egg freezing package this way. Two days later, the HRC team reported that my AMH value was 0.7 (report attached) and told me that I didn't qualify by that value but could pay $390 more for an ultrasound to count my follicles (side note that my follicles could have been counted on the day of my consult when I paid $350 and was given an ultrasound but they were not counted for some reason).

Because this was a significant discrepancy from my previous value in a short amount of time (and would suggest a more dire situation for my fertility options), I chose to re-test my AMH directly through Quest Labs a few days later on 12/4. That value came back as 2.42 (report attached) which is aligned with my age range, health history, and the bloodwork I had a year prior. I spoke to the coordinator who reported my result as well as the doctor directly and they stood by their reported value.

I've intentionally kept this review to non-disputable facts so that whoever reads it can draw their own conclusions about this discrepancy and choose a clinic/provider accordingly.

EDIT: Yelp removed my result from Quest because it's "not related." Happy to send it to anyone for proof.

I chose to do my egg retrieval process at HRC fertility and had the most amazing experience with with Dr. Boostanfar, PA Wendy, and Sophie (IVF coordinator).

Going through this process was already an emotional time for me, but the team at HRC made me feel well taken care of. They were there for me every step of the way and addressed all of my concerns. A day never went by where they did not get back to me with answer to my questions. Even when it came down to my procedure, the entire staff was very on top of everything and made surgery day was an easy and relaxing process.

I would highly recommend this group for any fertility treatments!!!

My wife and I could not say enough good things about Dr. Woo! Although, we met her at a different fertility clinic, the moment we found out she was at HRC, it was a no brainer for us! We love Dr. Woo! Thank you, Dr., for truly making our dreams come true. Successful first round of IUI and we now have our beautiful baby boy. We can't wait to start our new journey with HRC and Dr. Woo.

Dr. Woo truly spent the time get to know us and our goals. She kept us well informed and not just that, she shared her wonderful knowledge throughout our journey.
