House Boy

We used Houseboy for several items:front door and shutters painted, repainted the formal living room, did some outside work on our bay window, hung a new entryway chandelier...you get the idea. The crew was on time and very accommodating to input. Houseboy is on our permanent list of contractors. Good job, Guys! And thanks for knowing your stuff.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! The owner, Dave Richardson, came out to my house to give me a quote for fixing my gutters. His quote was expensive but the final cost would depend on what his team finds when they are up on the roof and can fully inspect the gutters. After we went over what we thought was the problem we scheduled a time for his team to come out and fix them. His team said that the gutters needed to be secured to the trim better so they screwed them in tighter, meanwhile Dave had said that the pitch needed to be fixed, so they both had differing opinions. Well long story short, the team did half the work Dave and I had initially discussed yet I was charged the full quote amount...Dave actually said that "I'm young and can afford it." I have never been so taken back in my life, not only is Dave a thief but he doesn't back his work since he has never returned my phone calls to actually fix my gutters.

Dave and his crew do a great job everytime we have called them. They can do any type of home repair and they do it on time. I highly recommend House boy, they have been working on my house for over 10 years!

Great folks! Did a great job on remodeling my shower. Even fixed my garage door that had been bugging me! They're very friendly and professional. I'll be hiring them again for other projects in the future.

We use House Boy for all of our maintenance service and they are fantastic! We always get a prompt response and quality work for very reasonable prices. We have been using this company for years and would not think of calling anyone else for any repair work at our home. We have never had any issues with any of the work performed, we have never had any issues with the guys showing up late or not delivering what we have asked them to do and many times we need to add on additional items and they are gracious and complete additional items for us. They come out for emergency items on very short notice and are very friendly. We recommend them to all of our friends and will continue to do so! Top-notch company that you cannot go wrong with! We have not come across anything yet that they cannot fix - fully licensed to do ANYTHING!!!!

Dave and his crew did an amazing job on our deck rebuild! It was a pleasure to work with them; as I was particularly impressed with their craftsmanship and dedication to meeting our needs. It's one thing to say "customer first", it's another to live it. Houseboy lives it. We'll be calling them again for sure!
