This place is great! New studio and still clearly developing. Teachers stick very close to the bikram dialogue and offer few adjustments. If you want to do the traditional 26 poses in this area, this is certainly the place to do it at. Heat in the room is well regulated and the whole place is very clean. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area.
Also, they offer a really well priced first timer student deal great for all levels of students!Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Ed R.Munster, IN58Aug 28, 2015

Great new Bikram studio! Very clean and spacious. Great changing rooms. Instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly. Come about 20 mins early to sign in and set up. Lots of parking. Easy to travel too as well. Get your Groupon and get ready to sweat. A lot.

So I was fortunate to find a 2 week unlimited Groupon pass to this AWESOME and unique Yoga studio!
I have so far taken 2 classes (1 on Monday morning 10am. And the Tuesday 5:30pm class because the Tuesday morning was cancelled... People are real and things happen in life. So I was not upset.)
Monday- the class was small, which I like, about 5 students.
I did notice Yoga for me is best in the morning. (Really gets my body awake & I felt so peaceful with myself for the whole Monday!) My Monday teacher was AwEsOmE that she really has me hooked on Hot Yoga!:) The way my instructor taught her class was very rhythmic and full of energy.
Tuesday I was really looking forward to the Morning class, I was so excited for Monday's class! Like I stated, It was cancelled due to an Emergency:( I did take the 5:30pm class and the class was a little larger, about 8 of us. I noticed for me, my body could not seem to surrender during class & I could not focus. I also had a large lunch at 3 and felt super bloated. (Which is why I probably like morning classes better, I didn't over eat the rest of the day either.) My personal intake also, (not that it matters, everyone is different.) I felt my instructor that day was more rushed in her rhythm than my first teacher. My review May or May NOT be useful. :) Namaste!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Laurie Anne W.Munster, IN08Sep 16, 2015
I had tried "Hot Yoga" at other health clubs in the past BUT never knew what BIKRAM Hot Yoga meant until I signed up for my very first class Mid-January this year. Had no idea what a life changing day that would be for me and how this practice would change my life for the better. I honestly can't say enough GREAT things about Stan and ALL of the instructors. The clientele is so incredibly amazing too and I have met some really special people. The studio is very clean, bright and welcoming. Practicing Bikram yoga has transformed my mind and my body like none other. I have worked out for many, many years and no other workout, no matter how hard I tried, has come close to making this change in my overall appearance and overall well-being. As Nikki (one of the great instructors) says to me; "Your a lifer!!", I can't help but gleam with a big, happy smile knowing that I could never, ever give up my Bikram practice. Hooked for life!! Love this studio and all of the fabulous people. Truly is "Love at First Sweat!!!!!!!!!"
