Called ahead of time and he held four bikes for me. They were ready to go when we got their. Had a nice ride around Hugh Birch Taylor park located nearby.

DO NOT COME HERE! This place WILL rob you. They are thieves and will not return your deposit.

Rented 2 bikes a week ago. I have yet to receive my deposit back and the hold on my card was processed the day after I rented. After we returned our bikes we went in 3 times to speak to Willie (the employee who helped us) and he was never in there after the day we rented them. I have called NUMEROUS times and it goes to voicemail with no call returned. I have no problem making this a legal issue as I have nothing but time on my hands. Feel free to send me my $300 or you can spend more on lawsuit fees. I'm sure with all of the reviews i've found showing how FRAUDULENT this place is i'll have no trouble starting a case. :)

Wanted to rent a scooter for the day to explore Ft. Lauderdale. Our hotel concierge assured us this was a great place to rent so we walked there arriving right as they opened. The employee who was working ( blonde hair, blonde beard) helped a family who was ahead of us, they left and then the employee kept walking past us as he was taking bikes out and putting in front of the store for display. Never said a word. We waited (we were the only ones waiting there after the family left). We waited about 10 more minutes after he continued to say nothing and walk past us. Finally, it looked as though he was locking the door and started to walk past us again without acknowledgment.
I then asked him if he was going to help us??? He responded, what do you want?

So, needless to say we won't be renting from this company but will also be letting our resort know our experience.

they did not return our $500.00 deposit and are not returning our calls to talk about it very sad as this a huge financial issue for us. We returned the product as we received it. Do not rent from them .

DO NOT GO HERE. They might do legitimate business sometimes to save face, but the employee William Schneider swiped my debit card for the security deposit while we were still going over the terms and conditions. Once he told me I couldn't take the scooter on the highway, I politely declined and he said the $300 deposit would be back on my card within a few days. It POSTED to my account the next day, and my bank ended up being abysmal with the dispute. I ended up having to sue my bank in arbitration to get the money back. He submitted phony paperwork to them including TWO different return dates that he says I returned the scooter, both of which were after I had flown home to Connecticut.

Hello Mr.David c ... I want to let the WORLD know how disrespectful this company and Mr David c are ... we made a apps pónteme the via email . When we arrived my wife knocked on the door there was no answer so we enter the office to wait for some one to show up . Instead we got a scream not to go in the office . We proceeded to wait out side till mr. David c attended us . We were NOT offered a tour guide personnel , we were told that a tour guid personnel would cost another some of amount per each jet ski . We refused it so we proceed to do our rental . We were told to go slow at the beginning till be pass the bridge then we could speed up but to be careful , NOT TRUE three the complete guide wee were given that we could ride it had signs every were warning no waves and slow speed .
We were late with the jet ski 10 minutes and Mr David c told that we were going to be charge another full hour even dough we were late 10 minutes. We didn't mind paying some compassion for been late but come on a full hour charge . So they owner told us we're we're going to be charge $110 for 2 jet ski in which we agreed. If you charge $150 per hour it is equal to $2.50 per minute in which it is $25 for 10 minutes . But as I mention we paid the $110z

Mr. David c decided to give my wife a personal call insulting her as well as a text message in which we have .
For this matter will be handle in a better matter and I will bring it to the next step ..LAWYER will file a legal complaint with the broward courts so it can properly handle .
Mr. David C I want you to know that as you read this , reviews is a way to share people's right opinions of there thoughts and experience.
I already contacted the BBB on this matter sense I feel discriminated by this companies employee that has no respect.

Also Mr. David C response to all the reviews al saying that the review is not accurate when in fact it is . Check the BBB reviews where they have taking peoples money ...

Very dishonest practices, instead of placing a hold on my credit card for the deposit they made a charge and it cleared, I thought it was very unusual but waited 7 days to contact Joseph the owner, my husband had a back and forward interaction over emails requesting the refund of the $4000 deposit, last communication he just said "any day now" is been 17 days (13 business days) and the deposit hasn't been returned and he stopped replying to my husband's emails. I have no idea how this is going to be resolved but so far all I can say is that this company has very dishonest practices and you'll be better off going somewhere else. I am not the only person who had issues with the deposit, filter the review by the key word deposit and you'll be amazed,

Imagine renting two bikes for not even 24 hours but just a few hours and getting a charge on your credit card for $4000, then have to put so much time trying to get your money back.

They were nice in the beginning to reel me in. I think when they are good they are good but any problems they don't honor being a reputable business.

First and most importantly. We drove by thought it would nice to get on some scooters. Asked for pricing was told to look on the front door for rates. The on the door where reasonable so we decided to rent them for an hour. As we get rung up somehow pricing was noticeably higher. I asked why the price different was told the pricing on the door was old(WTF). If we had more time we would never have rented. Then for the next surprise that there was a 300 deposit for each scooter totaling 900. We went ahead. We had the scooters for one hour. Brought back was told deposit would be returned and went back to California. It have been 20 days now and that 900 is still on our charge statement. WTF.... Be careful these guys seem a bit shady.
