Hot Dogs & Wings Etc

I visited this place because of an article about the Best Hotdog joints in every state. This place was named the best hotdogs in Texas. Boy, were they wrong. We were better off going to the nearest gas station. I ate it because I was hungry and I paid for it.

Not only was the food bad, but the service was horrible. At least five people were working behind the counter, and not ONE greeted us. No one was there except us, so I mentioned (loudly) the article that brought us there when a guy started to take our order. Several people looked at me without an expression and didn't even acknowledge my comment. Frustrated, I asked the guy taking the order if they were aware of the article. His response was, "I've only been working here a couple of weeks." Not a smile from anyone.

Lastly, the cleanliness. The mat when you enter appears to never have been cleaned. Sticky sticky! The bathroom floor was the same. NASTY! WE WILL NOT BE BACK. consider yourself warned!

My boyfriends favorite place on the entire planet! Can't say I really understand why, but nonetheless, I will support his love for it. We stopped in the drive through Friday at 4 and it was quick and not very busy. We went with the wolf pack, so 6 chili cheese dogs (adding cheese is extra but OH so worth it!!) 3 fries and a large drink.

I loved the fries and the lemonade is UNMATCHED! My boyfriend devoured the hot dogs as well. There's a wide variety on the menu so I'll be back to try some other things!

You get what you paid. For a fast food restaurant like this, I would say the food did not go above my expectations, nor did they go below the average. Everything is just about the average of other restaurants with the same price.
I ordered chili cheese burger. My friend ordered Friday special combo (fries, chili dog, wings, and drink). The beef in the burger is dry. The wings taste oily. The fries are okay. I didn't try the dog.
I know I'm not going there to seek for something super healthy. But I have to say when I was eating, the food makes me aware I'm eating something unhealthy. I'm not sure if this is because of their ingredients or just my stomach. Anyway.
Good thing is, they have drive through. And it is very clean inside.

Time to open up the dine in again. Tired of the drive thru wait and the cold food when I get it home.

This is where we got our wings from for the past six months. The past two times were over cooked even though we waited for them to be cooked. We order for 4 of us and have enjoyed and recommended to many. It has gotten to the point we gave it a break and now after today we probably won't be back.

Hot dogs were amazing came to visit my girlfriend and she took me here and wasn't expecting much from here. Needless to say I came back the next day before I went home.

We stopped here because another place we wanted to go had staff that was moving a a snails pace.

The food was great for a fast food joint. More like family cooking than over processed "junk." The hamburger and tator tots I ordered were great and my husband had the biggest hot dog I have ever seen in my life!

The staff was quick and friendly. They even refunded us in cash for accidentally giving us too many drinks. And they take competitors' coupons!

We'll definitely go again and recommend to others who are looking for a quick bite. Can't wait to try their wings!

Food is pretty good (and cheap) but the customer service is the best out of any fast food place you will go to.

Normally I love going here but the other day when I had cake and got their wings they tasted off and literally the wings tasted like it just had lots of fat in it . I was real disappointed this time I went . But this is a great place to eat I'll just say that .

Always love the great food and service at Hot Dogs Etc!
