Honey Nails

Well, I don't know what happened but it was not pretty. Needless to say, my daughter and I will not be going back. Of course Senior Prom is this Saturday for Wethersfield High and my daughter set an appointment and then went back because of the horrible job they did. When my daughter went back after calling indicating she was not happy with her nails, a certain male - (I will not call him a gentlemen) he was very rude and said he was unable to do her nails because she would be interrupting his lunch. They think they can talk any which way to a teenager and get away with it.

This has not been her 1st time at Honey - she has been there before and you would think they would have treated her with respect which they did not. So much for customer loyalty - none. I would not recommend Honey at all.

Teenagers if you have a problem with your nails make sure your mom or dad goes with you. I had to give Honey 1 star or it would not post. I give them no stars not even a tiny one. Highly disappointed and speechless in their conduct to their customers.

Worst manicure ever.

Poor quality products, no Essie or OPI. Used old polish that wouldn't dry, a nail tech that used top coat as base coat. The WORST. Better off driving 10 more minutes and going to Kingston.

Or bring your own products and try it that way.

I give 0 stars but since I can't I put 1. I didn't expect to be in pain the ENTIRE time I was getting my manicure. The lady who did my nails cut my finger while filing it didn't apologize just kept on going while she had my blood on her finger. Then continued to cut my thumb and jolted back and said "ow!" she grabbed my hand and aggressively pulled it back to her. THEN denied what I actually wanted and said "one color only". I deeply regret even paying for my gel tips.

Enjoyed a very relaxing and thorough pedicure. Nice scrub for the feet and calves. I brought my own polish and was happy I did as the selection seem a little tired. I will definitely return!

If I could give this place no stars I would .. the guy Lee is one nasty drugged out individual .. he definitely is on drugs.. i went there today for my appointment as in walked to door he got up and yelled in my face to get out of here we are closed.. i though he was kidding and he proceeded to tell me to get the hell out of here what don't I understand .. never mind his nastiness his 7 year old daughter was hysterical crying and he screamed in his wife's face .. very unprofessional and crazy.. I have been going there for months and he has always seemed a little off.. last time I was there he got mad at the color choices I wanted and did a shitty fill.. however another nail salon is 20 minutes or more away so I came back not sure why ... i suggest no one ever go to this place .. very unprofessional and nasty nasty nasty...

Terrible! Very unhappy!! Had a fill done and within 2 days the polish was peeling off, mind you I had gel polish, and nails were lifting and breaking. Went back and Julie fixed those that broke and just repolished. Once again, within a few days, polish is peeling, 3 nails broken and I went back, again! This time I was told they would fix the broken nail but I would have to pay if I wanted them redone. I told them I did not think I should have to pay for their poor service and I would have to consider going elsewhere. At this time, I was very rudely told-well do what you have to do. Poor poor business practices and terrible service!!! Never again!

I would give this place no stars if it was an option. I booked this salon based on a recommendation for my sister's bridal party. We were due to have manicures and pedicures before the rehearsal dinner and showed up to a sign that said closed for an emergency. While I am sympathetic to whatever the situation may have been, I tried to give a phone number for my reservation, but it was not taken. My group was left out of luck and struggling to find a place last minute to get our nails done. I would certainly not give this place second chance.

Easily the worse shellac manicure I have ever had. Lasted less than a week, nails were crooked and snagged on everything from the second I walked out, the color bubbled up and was uneven, etc. She did not do any work on my cuticles and my pedicure did not have a topcoat. AVOID.
