I went here because my mom wanted to get all you can eat baby back ribs. They were the worst ribs I ever seen and ate.
I remember when I was younger the desserts and salad bar was decent. Not anymore everything is overcooked or undercooked.
I know you get what you pay so I'm not really complaining. Just let you guys know.
The customer service deserves 5 stars. But the food 2 stars.

Granted we made the mistake of coming in 45 minutes before closing time, the food looked fresh and good, and it was nice to not be eating around crowds.

With that said, the shepherds pies were raw. My husband tried eating it and it was legitimate goo. I had the Alfredo pasta and it was the most bland, unsalted dough-y tasting sauce I've ever had the displeasure of tasting. Hospital food is much better. I think the worst was the fried chicken...which was the most pink fried chicken I've ever seen. Not just one piece, no no...all 3 pieces we got.

My husband was so upset that he talked to the manager/cashier/waiter and he just shrugged and said he could run the pies through the oven for him.

The dessert section looked like D-Day and there were no bowls or plates for them anyway so you were better off just making a U-turn and getting the F outta town.

Literally only dish that was remotely okay were the tacos for taco Tuesday. Even then, Taco Bell has better tacos...and that's just a sad statement.

Why was this fried chicken so pink?

What a nice easy place to bring the kids for dinner. Prices are reasonable, food is good, and how fun to have such a large selection for everyone to choose from. Thanks to the staff and management for making us feel welcome. We will definitely be returning!

P.s. How many places are there in the world where you can eat all the chocolate pudding your heart desires?!

So like, it's Home Town Buffet. I don't walk in the door expecting a five star culinary experience when any place is offering AYCE (unless I'm in Vegas...maybe). When it comes to a Home Town Buffet, all I'm really expecting is 1) Cleanliness; 2) Good customer service; 3) Steady supply of cooked food; and 4) Advertised foods and drinks are available.

      1) This place is definitely cleaner than many of the Home Town Buffet's I've visited. The dining areas are cleaned quickly, the food areas are wiped down constantly, and the beverage and desert areas are kept clean despite how messy they can get.

      2) This place has excellent customer service. Hosts, waiters and all other staff are courteous and helpful. Look, I tend to pay for things and my wife and child go through life not knowing where the money comes from, how much I pay for things or what I actually pay for. When my wife ended up getting a soft drink, though I only asked for water, the server very politely asked me if I'd like to purchase the soft drink option for one meal. She didn't make me feel like a deadbeat trying to sneak a free drink. I appreciated that. In addition, people putting out fresh food are nice enough to let you know that some items might be "hot". I thought that was a nice touch, since you'd think that would be a "duh" moment, but you never know with people these days.

      3) During my dining experience, there wasn't one tray of food that went empty, or wasn't replenished before it got too empty. The staff works really hard to come out and keep a fresh supply of food items out for your enjoyment.

      4) One of my biggest issues with a lot of Home Town Buffet's is that the ice cream or slurpee machines aren't functioning. Not a problem here. Everything here was working and everything here was available as advertised.

I'm not going to complain about the lack of flavor of some items or the over battering of dishes. I mean, like I said, it's AYCE food at a affordable price, as long as the four basics listed above are spot on, I've got no complaints.

Turns out, all the regional managers are there from 12noon to 5 or 6 PM.on Wednesdays... so the place is real clean and spotless with plenty of food.
The rest of the week is just average.

Vallentines Day and they gave my parents a free meal in 2003 before my dad passed away.

Pretty good food, reasonably priced ( I refused to pay $2.49 extra for drink) , pretty clean and nice waitstaff.
Other than the badly leaking ceiling next to the salad bar, an ok experience.

Food was better today. Only complaint this time that a heavy set guy was Farting in the booths behind me which ruined my appetite for dessert. Luckily I was already done with dinner.
The manager on duty was really friendly and answered all of our questions about breakfast.

If you're planning on coming make sure you sign up for their program and they'll text you offers which saved me money tonight.

I signed up and got a free meal... Bottom of receipt.

Have gone there many times in the past. What happened?
Food was over cooked, very salty. Menudo did not have tripe, some type of very salty pork product. Fried chicken very greasy, baked chicken over cooked, pasta was very sour tasted spoiled. We stopped eating and left. We believe there was a new manager , no service not once did anyone come to our table. We will not return to this location again.
