I took my daughter here for a fill with French tip on the new nails as well as some strawberries drawn on. They charged us $100!! For a fill! Then one of the nails broke 2 days afterward and when I called them to let them know that we needed to come in for them to fix it they told me that they are too busy. Mind you, they take walk ins. So you can accommodate a walk in pedicure but not make time to fix one nail?! Terrible customer service!

Walked in, ignored by staff until someone finally asked me what services I wanted. The guy who did my nails seemed like he didn't want to be there. Not a good impression for a first time client.

This salon was wonderful. Henry did my nails, I got a gel full set. He took his time, was thorough, and was so kind. Everyone working there seemed happy.
They were super cautious and thoughtful in regards to COVID-19 precautions which gave me peace of mind. You must wear a mask, they have you put hand sanitizer on right when you walk in, and they have shields up between you and your nail tech. All the nail techs in the salon had a mask on the entire time, even when not with clients. They gave me a hand sanitizer to go too which was really thoughtful, especially during this time.

Hands down, highly recommend Hollywood Nails. Recently visited the salon after safer at home was lifted. First thing you see on the door is all customers must wear a mask to enter and sanitize their hands as soon as they come in.
The salon was super clean and they had installed barriers between the clients and the techs. No walk ins are allowed, and they are spacing out appointments. I was there the entire 1.5 hours with only 2 other customers.
I had my nails soaked off, a full set put on, a pedicure and an eyebrow wax. Henry and Donna did a fantastic job! My nails and toes looked great! And after 3 months of not being in a salon, it felt not only good to be there but I really felt they did a great job ensuring their customers felt safe due to COVID. They have taken all the recommended precautions. I will definitely go back. They also give you a loyalty card for a free service after so many visits. I would give them a zero stars if I could.

Love this little hidden gem! Smaller, quiet and clean. Donna and her husband are owners and do an excellent job. I get pedicure and no chip.

I will not be going back. "Henry" does not listen when you tell him so not file down and he does. Not just one visit but 2. Then this time he makes them round. Not what I had since October. So now it's on to La V

I was a little upset that after making an appointment a couple days in advance I still had to wait 30 minutes before I was able to sit down. It's not a. Oh deal to some people, but I have children and I couldn't bad away from our baby too long. When I walked in no one greeted me or even looked up
At me until i stood at the counter for a bit. Then he finally stopped what he was doing And asked
Me what I wanted. I told him I had an appointment and he said I would have to wait 20-30 minutes.. when I was finally called the technician working on my nails was helping another costumer at the same time. So that was a little annoying... but overall I LOVE MY NAILS!
