You will love this nail salon! Great people, fast and always consistent no matter what! I have been going to this salon for 4 years and have always enjoyed every encounter! Ask for Lynda (nails) and Nina (frets) both are fantastic! Now they have drinks for a even more relaxing time.

I had the best organic manicure ever by Thomas. His massage almost put me to sleep! It was fantastic!!!!

Absolutely terrible experience. My teenage daughter went here today, and they destroyed her cuticles, leaving her bleeding, super sensitive, and prone to infection. And they did a terrible job on her nails. They're too thick, uneven, crooked, and look like they were done by someone with zero experience. I feel like they took advantage of her and completely ripped her off. Avoid this place at all costs!

Wrong colors were used, my nails were not filed, I was jabbed by the cuticle cutter, the nail polish application was terrible and all over my cuticles. The worst. And expensive!

I had a terrible experience today with a gel removal. The technician removed chunks of my actual nail to the point where it was painful. My nails were the healthiest they have ever been going in and now they are thin, weak and stretched.

I came to this place every month and loved it. Thomas Huang is the absolute best, he always does an amazing job! However, he wasn't available last time so I saw a different girl. My nails chipped 2 days later. When Thomas does dip or gel, it lasts 4 weeks. I came in today to have it removed and asked them to remove it free of charge (it's usually $10) This was dip and it lasted literally two days. The owner or manager was so rude to me and said no. I was sending all my friends here, my family, my coworkers. Now all those people and I are done with this place. Over $10!!!! Unbelievable. Don't go here.

I have been several times in the past and always had a good experience. I came for a mani/pedi and the pedi was fine but the dip powder with tips mani I got was not good. I had someone who had never done my nails before. One nail was crooked and they started to chip the day after I had them done. It has only been a week and they are starting to come off. I did not go back to try and have them fixed as several reviews said I would be charged for them to correct the problem so I just won't return in the future.

I've been here 3 times to give them another try and each time was a bad experience. The first time they charged me an extra $5 for my nail shape even though they were already cut into the almond shape.
The second time they quoted me a different price and at the register charged me extra again and this time I did not get my nail cut in any "special" shape. They were squared. This last time the guy cutting nails cut too far into my nail beds and my index and middle fingers started to bleed at the shop... to stop the blood he used a cotton ball and used that same bloody cotton ball to remove the dip off another nail.
I also called to ask how much it would be to remove the dip beforehand and they quoted me $10 and charged me $12 even after the cutting into my nail incident.

An update on my finger: the wound on my index finger now has an infection. This place is not clean whatsoever.

Pedi, mani, and eyelash extensions have all been amazing. I love the hand, arm and neck massage that come with with the mani.
My eyelashes, which I get tons of complements on and I have small eyes, last 2 full weeks with CiCi and she is sweet and accommodating

I went in for Nexgen dip and kept the same almond shape that my nails already had so there was no extra work in shaping them yet he charged me $5 extra dollars for filling. I asked for a glass of wine and he said they don't serve wine in the afternoon and he didn't even offer me a glass of water.
Needless to say, this customer service was terrible and I will not be going back.

Terrible dip manicures. The guy didn't offer to fix them until I said I would post pictures. Pedicure was fine- took about 75min. They charge for dip removal (not all salons do this). I wish I could charge them for the time I wasted getting my nails done here. I would never recommend this place to someone I love. Dallas has WAY too many great places. I tried this place once and will not be back.... it's pretty inside though. Private message me if you want an awesome recommendation in uptown area.
