Q:
Does Fischer's accept Google Pay or NFC?
A:
They say they accept Apple Pay but it doesn't work most of the time. Cash or Card is your best bet.

We travel through Munster Texas several times a year, and the highlight of our trip is usually a pitstop at Fisher's market. Every time we open the door it is like a world of wonderful aromas springs to live just for our benefit! They are meats are truly works of art but they have a wide selection of common grocery items and also specialty items that you can only get there under their brand.
I particularly like their fried pies and assorted breads and pastries.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1 - Doug G.Southlake, TX15219569Apr 1, 2024Updated review
I was a huge fan of this place until I received my share of a cow we had butchered. The whole experience was very bad. As I get into other cuts I will post photos but tonight was supposed to be sirloin steak not bone in. The majority of the steak was bone and fat. It was 1.69 pounds about 1 pound was the bone. Don't have your meat processed here. This hurt our family who uses this meat for meals. We don't eat bone. The ground beef was super fatty. I could have bought the cheap 10 pound chub at Walmart if I wanted this garbage. Shame on you all.

We were getting ready for our super bowl party and needed beer and brautz. The quality here is superior and well worth the drive. Unplanned but I picked up 4 porter house and 2 t bones steaks. We grilled those as a pre Super Bowl meal the evening before. After that I decided this will be at least a monthly trip. This is definitely the place to come for your meat needs. Take a drive out there and check them out. I posted the before and after of my steaks.

This used to be one of my favorite places to go on the weekend. Excellent meat and cheese selection. The service has declined horribly. Then I purchased our 1/4 beef and thru Fischer's processing fees it DOUBLED the price of our beef. It was too late to back out because I had already paid a deposit. I will absolutely never return here again.

Whenever we are within 50 miles of Muenster, we stop in at Fischer's to stock up on their authentic German and Polish sausages, house smoked cheeses, and homemade mustards.
This market is always busy and well-stocked with groceries for the locals and specialty products for the tourists (like us). It's hard not to come out of Fischer's with multiple packs of their delicious smoked meats and cheeses, but despite our pledges to ourselves to be judicious, we bought a ton of stuff anyway: Kielbasa, Hunter's Sausage, Knockwurst, Smoked Gouda, Smoked Cheddar, cheese curds, 4 kinds of mustard and 2 bottles of local wine.
5 Always gotta stop at Fischer's stars!Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 1 - Dec 1, 2021
If you want a nice ride in the country and authentic German staples......this is your place.
This weekend my wife and I took a motorcycle ride to Muenster....specifically just to stock up on our German fare.
We love this place. Run by the Fischer family still to this day. Authentic German beer, baked goods and most importantly the handmade sausages and cheeses. We usually spend an hour just walking around.
Bring your appetite because it's going to make you hungry.
**Tip** Bring a freezer bag or cooler to keep your purchases cool on the way home.Helpful 8Thanks 0Love this 6Oh no 0 - Sep 6, 2020
This was our first trip to Fischer's Meat market. The market has plenty to offer besides the normal American groceries.
We went on a Sunday which they were a little busy but I'd didnt take that much time to get through the store. We picked up some cheese, smoked brats, fried pies and jerky. Which were are made and packed at the store. All of the items were really good and tasted fresh.
The only thing I would like to purchase next time is the apple strudel and few of their other meats.
Muenster Texas is a very small town but have some really fun events and s.all stores we would like to visit in the near future.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Jun 28, 2019
This is crazy. I have not written a review for Fischer's? I am so embarrassed.
When we are craving a true German style sausage, we make the drive to Muenster. If we are visiting friends or family, we make the drive to Muenster. The sausages are a great gift. Pick one. They are fantastic. Knockwurst, bratwurst, Polish sausage, hot links, Spicy Chicken Sausage, Kielbasa, Italian sausage (both sweet and hot are available), salami... All fantastic.
We also really liked the jerky, but lately not so much.
Anyway, you'll see people loading up coolers with sausage and meat products. They are a full-fledged old-school butcher shop too.
Check it out, you'll be glad you did.
Bottom line: Don't forget your cooler! Oh, and the Duesseldorf Mustard! It's the best!Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0 - Scott K.Bedford, TX49215Jun 15, 2022
Simply the best meats and cheese. I only buy my meat from here. Once you've had the sausage and steaks and ground beef here you won't be able to buy from anywhere else. Hot breakfast sausage is one of my favorite things.

Really cute meat market with fresh produce. They process all the meat and food right in the back! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in town and wants fresh meat!
Cooking a pot roast tonight and chilli later this week and am looking forward to tasting the freshness!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Mary C.Madera, CA15166Apr 16, 2022
