i can't say enough about chris holub, fantastic attorney and law firm. superb quality in everything they do including the wonderful ladies up front and assistants. thank you for everything being dismissed.

Now when I say this I mean this 100% these fine gentlemen and ladies of this law firm know what they are doing ! They're like a breathe of fresh air when you've dealt with lawyers that just don't seem to want to go the extra mile for you. My lawyer mr. If it wasn't for them I'd still have two charges and a big hold back on my future goals, now that I have everything cleared I can sit back and relax knowing I'm ready to tackle on my goal to become a future dentist. Pleasurable Business in Less Than Pleasurable Circumstances

I recently had the pleasure of contracting Hines, Ranc and Holub for a recent (less pleasuarable) arrest in Travis County.

The arrest was far from clear cut, but I wanted to ensure I had a truly professional and reliable team to help me with my case, and I certainly chose the right one. A traffic arrest - but the first time I had encountered the TX court system - and I was guided thought with finesse and confidence.

Although not the cheapest of lawyers, they work with you on payment plans if this is an issue, and I can attest that the money spent will save you a lifetime of worry. I can state categorically that the level of service is superb. During my initial consultation I was afforded time with two of the partnership (one of whom was the ex-assistant D.A. of Travis County and therefore knows his stuff extremely well).

The options laid in front of me sounded great, and I was personally assigned to Mr. Chris Holub, who turned out to be a fine, friendly, and knowledgeable gentleman who followed through with a solid defense, resulting in a Deferred Adjudication for my case.

Could not be happier with the result. These gentlemen are friendly, reachable, and truly produce results.

I used Hines Ranc & Holub when I unfortunately got my DUI over the summer. I was downtown with friends for a bachelorette party and got pulled over by Austin's Finest. I've never been in trouble with the law before and was very scared and thought my life was pretty much over. William Hines was my lawyer and made it as painless as possible. He answered all my questions and eased my fears. He would also call me with updates and if anything changed. He was able to get my case dismissed and for that I am forever thankful! Defiantly recommend them!

Marc Rank was my finance's (Zackary Keyes') defense lawyer, and getting a full dismissal of his case this morning is worth 5 stars. The charges could have lead to a lengthy jail sentence and/or damage to his record, which in turn could have made his life (and mine) a perpetual nightmare on so many levels. Marc Rank allowed us to pay in installments over a reasonable period of time. He communicated what duties were needed to be completed to have the case dropped. He kept us informed of both the negative and positive possibilities of where these charges could lead if we did not complete our end of these tasks. Marc was on time, thorough and translated legal jargon into common sense. He promptly answered our text messages throughout this case. In short, we paid a very modest amout of money to have Marc worry for us. If you have ever had a bad lawyer, you certainly could appreciate someone like Marc Rank. Because of this dismissal, we feel like we were given a fresh start. Hopefully we will never need a defense lawyer again, but in the chance that we do, hands down Marc Rank is the lawyer to call.

These guys where fantastic. I was charged with a crime that could have been very serious. I had never been arrested prior to this so I was very afraid. These guys worked with me on a financial level and when I walked out of there office I felt very confident that my case would be dismissed. I was fortunate and I never even had to go in front of a judge these guys new the prosecutor and had the case dismissed before I even knew what happened. It is very easy to be accused of something that you did not do but it is very hard to get it dismissed once this happens. I would highly recommend this firm if you ever find yourself in a bad situation.
