HIGHWAY 40 CLOSES... FOR NOW!

Tonight (3/27/14) is the last night for Highway 40 Sports Bar & Grill in West Terre Haute... at least for now.

After being the best watering hole in West T for a few years now, the owners have decided to close and focus on their other businesses.

WEST TERRE HAUTE'S BEST PUB

Highway 40 Sports Bar & Grill is West Terre Haute's best pub.

Clean and well-staffed, HWY 40 offers a full bar and pub menu. (I might suggest splitting a HUGE tenderloin with a friend and getting some homemade pub chips.)

On weekends, you can find locals enjoying live bands or Karaoke.

West T, as it's known, is kind of a private community.... and HWY 40 is located adjacent to the WTPD Headquarters. Two things to consider when making the trek from Illinois or Terre Haute to check it out.

HWY 40 has a reputation for fights and problems, but I've never seen anything happen. Just watch you liquor and mouth... enjoy and behave yourself.
