I bought a 2008 S550 in 2014 from this "dealership" and it quickly developed ABS issues. I was promised this was going to be fixed, they kept the car a day or two, and said it was fixed. I got the car back, same problems; the brakes would randomly lock up and not allow you to leave a stop light or sign. I went to return the car via their 30 day policy and had to "exchange it"..... the exchange cost me $600 for them to take the car back and put me in an Infiniti that was actually cheaper in price. I only agreed to this because it was still under manufacturers warranty.
IN MY OPINION, this place is nothing more than a polished up scrap yard. BUYER BEWARE. They will also claim to be under new ownership since this incident, NOT ENTIRELY TRUE! Rami was (I think) the owner when I bought my car, and he still works there! I will never step foot near these junk piles again.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tamela T.Mount Hope, KS95May 31, 2018
Bought a 2012 Lexus. It broke down before I had to have it 30 days. Took it to Lexus dealer to repair, was informed that car had been severely damaged in prior crash and cost to repair mechanical issues would be significant. Highline agreed to exchange car for another one they had that was similar. So I did the exchange...now 3 years later I go to trade my Lexus with a reputable dealer...only to find out the car that Highline exchanged with me had a salvage title. Lost money on trade in. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Rip off and liars! I rated this one star, but that's only because it wouldn't allow a zero star.

I bought a Volkswagen CC from them in June 2014. When you purchase the vehicle, they make a list of items that you want repaired and promise you they will honor that contract. They kept my car two weeks after purchase, but still didn't complete the two major issues I had -- a broken speaker cover and external paint touchups. I've been by a few times since then to follow-up and am always promised they will call me when the parts and paint has arrived. A year later, I still have not received that call and expect I never will.

First day of purchase, TPMS error come on on dash, driver head light was out, passenger head light flickers, radio didn't come on with code, and when turning left it made a clicking noise. So I took it back the next day and Jeff tells me to take it to King Acura since it's still under warranty. So when I take it to Acura, they tell me the car been wreck before, but had a clear carfax. Took it back to Highline and Rami tells me that he will repair everything. They have a shady mechanic that repair cars long enough to get it to the street. While sitting there, other customers came in complaining about there lemons(cars). I knew then I made a bad choice. Oh yeah it took a month to repair those minor issues. Don't do it!

I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews here. Purchased a Lexus IS 250 here in January of 2016 and had an amazing experience. The owner is super nice. Stephen is a great salesman, I highly recommend requesting him! Love my new car and the experience I had shopping with Highline Imports!

I bought a Lexus from Rami at Highline for $18000 in 2008. In 2010 I discovered that I had a major problem with the oil system on front corner of car. I took it to Lexus specialist in Tennessee only to find out that it was a result of a wreck I was unaware of before I bought it. I discovered the oil system wasn't repaired properly at the time and that it would have to be repaired. It was $1000 to do so... In the process they discovered that the AXIS was "hanging on by a thread (in that same corner) and sir you are lucky"... Wow... So disappointed. Was referred to Rami by a friend. I called my friend and he said I'm sorry bud... I thought he was trustworthy but it seems that this has happened a lot. That repair cost me $3k.

Do not buy from them! They are not trustworthy! Purchased a vehicle only to find out the next day from our mechanic that it needed a new engine! Called dealer about it, they said to bring it in. Their service guys looked at it and agreed that it had the same issue but the owner of the dealership was going to do nothing about it. Now we have a vehicle that we just purchased that we can't drive. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Not happy! Purchased a used ford expedition. Within 2 days the check engine light came on, and within a week, the car dies every time it idles. Dealership unwilling to help...

Horrible company. I drove from Atlanta after verifying the availability and the advertised price of their 2011 Sienna, both points were confirmed to me several times before and while driving to Birmingham. After the test drive and Highline Imports running my credit, I was informed that they must sell the vehicle for more money in spite of the advertised price on three websites (cars.com, autotrader.com and their own website). I argued for the advertised price, the sales manager said the owner, Rami, will not not honor the advertised price because they can sell it for more money. I asked to speak with Rami, but he was unavailable to speak to the paying customers. What crooks! Do not waste your time.
