David totally made our wedding day and offered us great advice while planning for it. Our guests said it was some of the best music they had ever heard at a wedding and of course, David was also the funniest emcee.

He puts a ton of care into each event and it shows! We can't wait for the next event so we can work with him again!!

You know you got an amazing DJ when the dance floor is overflowing with joy because every song is "my jam"! We cannot thank David enough for his incredible talent to read the room, set the mood, and continue the vibe.

David is way more than a DJ, or an MC, he is a true artist that has fine-tuned his musical craft to tell a story and draw out every emotion to make sure you feel and savor every moment. Not only is he an experienced professional, but you can tell that he is passionate in creating an atmosphere that not only the bride and groom want, but know that the entire party will enjoy. He had bangers but also special songs that he incorporated from our "must play" lists. And to be honest, even when we didn't add it to our must play list -- he somehow knew our jams. I feel like he covered it all - from classics like Earth Wind and Fire, to Old School Hip Hop & RnB to good ol' pop. He was even fly enough to usher in the joy through some worship music like we requested! That is pure talent, skill and innovation.

Let's talk about the process:
1. Zoom meeting - 100% solidified the deal. We decided after our first meeting and looked no further. It was great because we got to see his face and you can tell his sincerity in bringing our vision into reality. He made it personal - and for people who haven't been in a thorough wedding planning committee (my family and friends are more backyard, DIY types) he walked us through every step. He laid it all out for us in our first meeting and didn't leave it for "when we booked." He talked about the step by step process - the ceremony, the entrance, the ultimate overall atmosphere of the wedding. He was so detailed that he brought our wedding to life and helped us tell our story. It definitely got us excited about our wedding even more! He helped us envision how our entire ceremony and wedding party would glorify God, which was our (mine and my husband's) vision.

2. The Details: He sends you an editable document to incorporate your special songs for the ceremony and reception. Do yourself a favor and complete it 2 weeks before your wedding (as he requests). It'll save you a lot of stress and there is something that ALWAYS comes up the last two weeks before the wedding... so get this done earlier!

3. Wedding Week Call: The Week of the Wedding he sets up a call with you to make sure everything is in place and basically makes sure there are no surprises. And the great thing about him is that he's so easy going that he's okay with having a plan A & plan B.

Special Considerations and Reasons Why We're So Grateful:

He's able to accommodate special requests.

Example 1: I chose to sing a part of the song for our first dance and kept it a surprise from my husband. My Husband loved it! David was so down to help and he even gave me that support letting me know that he would leave a mic readily available if I was going to move forward with the plan to sing, or just let the song play out for itself. I ended up singing -- and it went well!

Example 2: He helped make my mother-daughter dance special by figuring out how to play an old video of my dad singing " The Way You Look Tonight" ... this made it extra special since my dad passed and wasn't able to dance with me on my wedding night. There were many happy, grateful, and sad tears -- but it was heart-filled.

Example 3: He knew when to fade in and out with live instrumentals and singers during the ceremony and executed it perfectly.

Example 4: He knew how to direct the crowd and direct the timeline. He kept it fun and flowing so well. And I felt like he just ran with all the craziness of the night and still kept the party going.

Example 5: He literally saved plans for the wedding timeline as our day of wedding coordinator wasn't great ... like at all. He helped give me an idea of what the day should look like.

David, you made our wedding so special and we are forever grateful that you were a huge part in making our wedding unforgettable. Some of our favorite moments are because of the epic background music and extremely lit dance floor! We cannot thank you enough!

My now husband and I hired David to be our DJ + MC for our wedding, and we have no regrets! Right from the first zoom meeting, David was extremely professional and friendly. He answered all of our questions and gave us a detailed run through of his services. We knew we wanted to book him soon after. His email was open throughout the months leading up to the wedding, responding promptly.

On our wedding day, David did a great job with all the announcements and music choices! He did an excellent job having our event flow while adjusting when needed. Any music played that was not from our playlist were great choices. David was very communicative beforehand, so all of the music played during the ceremony went smoothly. The vibe he created for our after party dancing was the most fun. The photo booth service from David was a huge hit with our guests. My family still talks about David to this day. I cannot recommend David enough!

I, my husband, my friends, my family - EVERYONE couldn't stop talking about how amazing of a DJ David was for our wedding! We're all still on a high! David struck the perfect balance of MC-ing (beautifully, at that!) and mixing music all night! He's got amazing music taste, but it takes an attentive person to be able to DJ a wedding. He was able to read the room throughout the night and keep the vibe going, collaborated closely with our planner to ensure he was on schedule and queueing the correct music at the right timestamps, made sure to play our favorite songs, and was an all around professional. I'd recommend him a 100 times over to everyone!

David is AMAZING! We could not have been happier with him and his DJ/MC services. David is truly the kindest person and so easy to work with. When we first met with him for our initial consult, I was so impressed with his professionalism and how thorough he was in explaining his services and the entire planning process. We obviously trusted David with selecting and playing awesome music for our wedding but I really appreciated how open he was with my feedback on the types of music (do's and don't plays) and he really took my preferences and expanded on them to create the perfect playlists for us. Our guests were dancing ALL night and I really loved the energy he brought to our wedding. We cannot recommend him enough and I wish I had another party/wedding to plan so we can use him all over again. Thank you David!

My wife and I just used David as our DJ and MC for our wedding last weekend. From the planning phase to the wedding itself, we couldn't have asked for anything more. He's professional, easy to work with, quick to respond, and most importantly, an awesome DJ.

I gave him the vague music theme of "I want it to feel like prom back in the mid-00's" and he took it from there. The dance floor was gettin' low the whole night. The guests were having fun, I was having fun, and judging from the videos he was having fun too. The music and vibe even had our usually dead-serious wedding planner getting down on the dance floor. Incredible! My wife and I used David for our MC/DJ for our wedding on 6/2. In fact, he was the first vendor our wedding planner recommended that we hired almost instantly.

We had a rough idea of what we wanted to do, so David helped us nail down our vision and added his own flair. He's very patient and thorough and kept us at ease throughout the process.

During the wedding, David's charisma kept our guests entertained all night, from the games to DJ'ing...our wedding guests were engaged and dancing until the very end!

We hired David to be our MC + DJ and would say that we made no mistake in having him. He was smooth and knew how to keep the crowd moving/interested. Whenever there was a song request during the dance floor time, he would be quick to accommodate the request. During the whole planning process, he was helpful by giving advice and also went over what we wanted to do. Thanks to David, our wedding was perfect!

With music being such a big item that can sometimes make or break a wedding, David is a professional we wouldn't hesitate to hire again.

He spends time getting an idea of what tunes you and your guests are into before the event and does a great job feeling out the crowd during the event to see what music really gets the people going :). He's also a great MC that knows how to get your guests into the party. David is the man!

David was a highlight to our wedding day! He was an incredible MC and DJ for our event and really kept the flow of our evening going smoothly. His natural charisma and energy really allowed for our guests to have a good time! We were worried about the energy being low at our alcohol-free wedding, but David was able to adjust for the crowd and throw a great party!

His playlist for dinner hour was FIRE and his mixing during the open dance hour of the reception was fantastic. Even guests, my now husband included, who normally hate dancing in public were getting down on the dance floor. David definitely knows how to read his audience!
