      From someone who has rented from Enterprise and National quite a few times, I must say that I was disappointed in the service of this Hertz location. I got into an accident and the insurance company notified me that they used Hertz. When I arrived at the shop there was an Enterprise on site, but my reservation was not there. The shop called Hertz and the rep showed up about 15 minutes later to pick me up.

      When we got to the rental location there were probably about 12 people in there sitting around. There was absolutely no line and the Hertz reps would just ask for "whoever is next". It was really hard to tell who was next as there was no organization what so ever. It ended up taking me about 30 minutes to get helped (no bueno).

      As someone who works in customer service I would expect a high level of customer service from a business who does all of their work in person. I noticed a lot of eye rolling, "blah" attitudes, and even an employee being somewhat rude to a customer on the phone. The person that picked me up and checked me out was really nice, but it didn't make up for the lack of urgency and the over all attitude of this place.

      When I got my rental it smelled bad and the brakes made a really loud noise. I don't think I'll be renting from Hertz again in the future. This experience left a bad tast in my mouth.

      Thanks to Sharde!!!! It made our life sooo great. After a car accident last night, we had to rent a car. We thought we were getting a mid-size but she made sure we had a full size to accommodate our immediate needs. She worked some magic and made sure that our needs were well taken care of.

      She completely made the process a breeze. Her personality and kindness is authentic

      Worst service. Takes over an hour every time. Usually only 1 person actually working while others are in the back . The agent has to go get the car after the paperwork..another 20 min. Third time here this month and always the same

      I was hesitant to rent after reading the reviews but I desperately wanted to rent an EV. We arrived when they first opened. Didn't have to wait in line. When we first walked in my 2yr old toddler bellowed out "Mommy it's stinky in here" other than that checkin was pleasant and hassle free. Even made causal conversation with the rep. I was so happy to rent The Tesla although it wasn't clean but I'd figured no biggie I'm a mom I can handle this.

      NEVER COME HERE TO RENT A CAR!!!! The associates have to be the absolute worst people to talk to or do business with!!! They talk to each other like jerks so no surprise they treat customers worse. I was there for 30 minutes to rent a car. I rent cars on Turo and any other rental source faster than that. Their cars are junk which reflects the staff. I hope this place goes out of business asap. I'm only here because Brandon Hyundai paid for it since they were out of loaners. I hate Hertz!!!!

      Show up an hour early for my pick up - was told there was no car ready and had to wait. While waiting they tried to sell me an upgrade instead to get me out sooner. After waiting an hour they had to give me that car anyways since my car never showed up to be rented.

      Insurance rented a vehicle for me for 20days. I picked up and had to go to Orlando same day. I told the Asst. Mgr Justin Newman to put insurance for 24 hours only. It took 24 days for my vehicle to be ready and found out when my card was charged $1200+ that he ran me full package for 24 days without my consent.
      I am not a negative person but was pissed when I went in to talk to him and he completely ignored me. It was until I got on the phone with customer service and had it on speaker phone that he gave customer service his employee number. The other guy I was trying to talk to said he can't help me and it wasn't possible to be refunded but customer service said they refunded $797, I have to wait for the other charges to come through before they refund me.

      Talk about horrible service, they are the slowest branch I've ever used and their attitude is very bad. Don't remember the guys name but the bearded guy on the right is never with a customer but somehow always busy with something else. When renting the car it took close to an hour with hardly anyone in the office and then dropping off I had to ask them to hurry so I can get out of there so I wouldn't miss my flight. And when asking hertz customer service if there is an airport shuttle they said yes there is because it booked at the wrong location instead of Tampa international, get to the location and was told no we only go 5 mile.... So I had to get a car service to take to airport because for some odd reason Uber or Lyft is nonexistent in the areaI'll stick with enterprise from now on.

      Place has issues they rush you out don't do walk around give you cars that smell and full of a animal hair in back . Not even out of Florida gonna drop it off upstate scum bags
