      Now this location keeps hanging up when I've tried inquiring why they charged my card even though they sent me away with no rental because they didn't have any cars.
      Funny hill to die on. I will make sure each employee there that day having theft charges and fraud charges pressed against them a lot with this entire branch.
      All because I posted my bad experience you think it's okay to just charge someone's card?? That's privileged information to have someone's card info and again FRAUD to charge that card without permission or for services never rendered.
      I'll be coming with police tomorrow and my lawyer. Whomever it was (pretty sure it was the man at the front desk who was rude af to begin with) better be ready with their own lawyer because I will be pressing charges unless every employee there that day is fired.

      Great experience at this location! My friend wanted to extend his rental for a few days as a personal transaction and close out his rental for the business trip. We didn't want to have to go to the airport and they saved us a trip!

      We were so concerned they wouldn't understand and give us a hard time but the manager came out and worked it out without any issues! Kudos to Manager, Bianca Williams, for keeping the customers best interest!

      The parking here is not so good as it only has two spots dedicated to Hertz. Make sure you don't park at the other dedicated spots for 7-11 as you will get towed.

      TERRIBLE SERVICE - The Lady Supervisor should be fired!

      I Had a reservation when I showed up they told me it would be over an hour wait. They hadn't cleaned or gas the vehicle yet. The staff was very unprofessional, rude, and the Supervisor an African American Lady claimed she would call And cancel my reservation since I was not able to wait. I made a reservation for a reason. The lack of customer service and professionalism is unacceptable for a company as big as Hertz. There are a lot of other companies that have excellent customer service and go above and beyond to get you taken care of. Turo for example is a much better option than this Hertz location. I've never had a problem prior to this location. The company should look into the employees and do an Undercover Boss on this store.

      Im thinking that all these reviews are from having had a custumer experience with perhaps previous employees.

      Dec 2023 I had a car accident and my insurance company pays for my rental. Im used to the gas saving prius, all the employees at this location both over the phone and in person were helpful and understanding. They provided me with a 2023 ford escape SUV that my insurance covered completely.
      The vehicle was nice and clean.

      Honestly had a good experience at this location and will be returning and would reccomend.

      I rented a car today and was blown away by the experience. I reserved a car online and selected this location. I received a rental reservation number and proceeded to the location to pick up my rental. When I arrived, the lady behind the desk, unemotionally let me know that they know longer have any cars available. This was literally said with zero emotion. In addition, she let me know that this happens all the time.

      I was shocked, both by the fact that I just reserved a car and she said they had none left, even more by her stoic response. I asked what alternatives were available, (she did not offer any alternatives, I had to ask). She let me know that I could obtain a large vehicle for a $50 per day up charge, or that she could call the Henderson executive airport and they had a car for me to pick up. Mind you this location is 30 min away and that my wife had dropped me off at this location.

      I waited to speak to the manager. The manager also showed very little emotion, however, was able to find me a car and I was on my way.

      While this ended well for me, I'm flabbergasted that 1) this appears to happen daily, and 2) it happens so often that the staff don't even realize how big of a deal this is to their customers, or if they do, they have become desensitized to it.

      I can't believe a large company like Hertz allows this to continue happening. While it's truly awful for customers, it's even worse for their staff members. Show up to work every day only to have to break the "promise" your company made to customers, over and over again! I can't understand why anyone would continue to work here or rent from here.

      All I have to say is, roll the dice here. You think you have a car and hours before that meticulously planned trip is about to commence a representative may call and dryly tell you that you don't. With no remedy at all. Good luck!

      It took an hour to just get to the counter. Then they sent us to pick out a car on a vacant row. We left almost two hours later with a model car we did not request.

      This is 2 part review.

      I made a reservation online and I paid rental using affirm. When I get there to rent car it's showing a visa number that's not mine. I called affirm and they said they laid with a virtual card to hertz. Hertz wouldn't accept that because they need card on hand which is stupid why take payment from affirm then ? Now I'm waiting 7-10 business days for hertz to refund me my $850 and 3-5 days for affirm to refund me. I'm trying to get to my daughters graduation and need to rent a car.

      Part 2
      I made a new reservation and now they call me to tell me no cars In their lot to cancel my reservation or look elsewhere. I called hertz and they offered me airport pickup but I'd pay $600 more. How if it's not my fault there's no car ? Complete scam stay away from hertz as best as possible

      pro ally the worst Hertz rental stores in Vegas, rented a vehicle from them for week and was sent by my dealer, when I returned the vehicle and ask for ride back to the Dealer they couldn't do it, then we got into vocational arguments and was asked to leave

      Agents were okay...the good ends there...They only work off returns at this location (don't have any other cars for reservations) so if you reserve an economy and they don't have it, your only option is to pay a substantial upgrade fee or go somewhere else. Then you wait 45 mins for them to clean a car for you and add another 40 mins if you want them to fuel it. Oh...did I mention no parking. All the spaces are tagged for each business in the center and Hertz has theirs filled with their rental cars so no parking for customers. So just park a block away and walk instead of circling the lot two times trying to find something. And last but certainly not least they have barriers to keep you away from the counter plus clear plastic between you and the agent so communication is an issue...Best thing about this location is close to a Dunkin so you can spend $5 while you wait. Okay...this is for sure the last...And after waiting for them to clean the car we had to wash the windows...windscreen was totally unacceptable. Advice is use the location at LAS. They at least have cars...
