ZERO STARS!!! This place is a scam! STAY FAR AWAY!!!
Made a reservation through Priceline and went to the airport location. Found out at the airport location that I was in the wrong spot and needed to Uber to the Quebec location to get my car or face huge fees to transfer my reservation to the actual airport location. $35 in Uber fees later, I was told at the Quebec location that I was the 9th customer that day with the same issue.
Had a "Supplier's Choice" car and they gave me a Tesla. The rep said, "Congrats, since you picked Supplier's Choice, you get a Tesla". On my way back to the airport, I turned in the car early in the morning before they opened and used the key drop box. Paid another $35 in Uber fees to get back to the airport. A few days later I get an invoice for 3x the reservation price and they say I kept the car for two extra days and the Tesla was an undisclosed upgrade. I used the car for a day and a half and they charged me for 4 days.
Impossible to find a phone number for this location so I called the main Hertz customer service number multiple times to get a refund. WORST customer service ever as they basically refuse to believe I turned the car in on time and they say I asked for an upgrade. Two months later and still no refund given.

ZERO stars! HORRIBLE!! Waited in line for over an hour. Then tried to be guilted in to purchasing additional insurance coverage that I already stated to the agent I had personal insurance to cover rentals. THEN waited in line at the exit just for the agent to tell me after going thru the paper work that the car was mistakenly not marked and was UNRENTABLE. We had to start back at the top. 3 kids in tow having to change over luggage in the parking lot Snowing at 1am. Never got an apology.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would give them zero stars if it was an option.
When I arrived to pick up the car, I was informed that they didn't have a car. I never received a call notifying me that the car was unavailable.
Rather than attempting to find me a different car, the Hertz representative simply said "good bye."

If negative stars were possible they would be too many for this place.
The first problem is that they imply in their name that they are at the airport. They are not. In fact, since they close at 5, they are useless for airport customers arriving after that time as we did. When we arrived the next day they of course did not have the car even though according to Hertz's policy they are supposed to hold the car 24 hours.
But the main problem was the rudeness of their staff, particularly Erica. They refused to offer any assistance for the situation. When we asked about other cars or our reservation they told us to leave. Apparently they get those types of questions frequently.

the customer service is horrible, lying to us and refusing to service us. They also refused to refund us and kept the 400 dollar payment for nothing. It was a horrible experience. The Arvada enterprise was really helpful and got us all sorted, I'd definitely recommend going there rather than any Hertz. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. I reserved a car at 425. The recording said they close at 5 got there at 439, no one was there. It's pretty much impossible to talk to a live person. When I finally did, it's a rep that doesn't sound like he cares and only says canned verbage. I cancelled the res and will never go through this place again!

If I could give 0 stars I would! They cancelled my reservation the morning of (booked weeks in advance). Left a voicemail but since I'm an out-of-country traveller, an email would've been nice! Took my business over to Budget Rent a Car on Broadway. They had me in an SUV in 10 minutes.

The counter people seemed nice but this place sucks. Booked our reservation days before arriving on a holiday weekend but the day before pickup they call and say all cars are taken and we are now on a waitlist. Later, unknown/untold to us they cancel our reservation.
I try to call the day of the reservation start but somehow the line is disconnected. I call the general customer line they say no cars, I tell them the app says there are cars nearby at different location then they say oh they do see that in the system, then they confirm the app is wrong.
I miraculously find a car in southern Denver, go back to this location to ask them to make up the $ difference. I walk in there and see a customer berating them and then swearing at them. They tell him they can't do anything for him. He is so angry and fuming it makes my disappointment small by comparison, so I just ask for them to make me whole, they say they are just a sort of checkout desk, not a full service rental site so they can't do that kind of thing.
No resolutions here.

0 stars if I could. This place was horrible - I should have listened to the other reviews. The customer service was horrendous and the woman working was as rude and unhelpful as can be. I showed up 30 min late for my car rental and they had given my car away and told me I was a no show (this was after I called and told them I'd be slightly late). I left and ended up going back in to tell them it wasn't okay and I needed a car. After being in the store for an hour they finally got me a car and they warned me about one of its tires but blamed the low pressure on the temps outside (which obviously was a lie but I needed a car). Sure enough next day the tire was completely flat. This place was horrible. 0 stars.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Most un-helpful, rude, unprofessional car rental location I've ever encountered. Will never use Hertz again. Had a pre-paid booked car and the incompetent woman behind the desk claimed she "couldn't see it." Oddly enough, another Hertz office and when calling the Hertz customer service number they could see all details of the booking. Plenty of other car rental agencies to use.
